"Pretty steamy": Love Island USA stars Olandria and Taylor discuss the kissing game

Love Island USA Season 7 premiered recently and introduced Islanders joining the villa. While some participants found their connections, a few were still navigating their time on the show.

One of the conversations featured on the show's first episode was between Olandria and Taylor. The two talked about the kissing game that show host Ariana Madix revealed earlier in the episode.

Viewers witnessed a twist where all the Islanders were blindfolded, after which the show host mentioned they could kiss anyone before choosing their partner. As the participants had just entered the villa, everyone didn't know each other that well. There were no connections formed between them.

When Taylor asked Olandria about the game, she responded:

"The game was pretty messy, pretty steamy. But honestly, it's just a game."

The debut episode of Love Island USA Season 7 featured a few connections forming among the Islanders. After the unexpected kissing game, cast members were confused about whom to choose as their partner.

Later, two of the Islanders, Olandria and Taylor, had a conversation about the game and what they thought about it.

"How you think tonight went with that game," Taylor asked.

Responding to him, Olandria said it was pretty "messy" and "steamy." She added that it was "just a game" for her.

Listening to her, Taylor said he wasn't feeling "good" about such a game that involves kissing strangers.

"I'm not feeling good about kissing 'em and they're not knowing who the hell I am you feel me? There's no point for that. What 'bout you? Where'd you go?" he asked.

While opening up to each other, she revealed about kissing Ace. She mentioned she wanted to "explore" before choosing her partner. However, while she talked about Ace, she confessed he had "wondering eyes," and that she didn't want a partner with that quality.

"I kissed Ace 'cause, 'cause I just wanna see...I just wanna, you know, just explore a little bit. But it's like, even then Ace got wondering eyes. I don't like no man like that."

While talking with Taylor, Love Island USA star revealed that he was the "strongest" connection she had by far in the show.

Further, she also mentioned that for her to "truly, truly" turn her head, it would take "a lot" for somebody to do that.

"It's going to take a lot for somebody to truly, truly turn my head and for me to choose them over what we got," she said.

Later in the episode, the cast members went on exploring their connections to find their potential partner.
