Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3 recap: Harry and D'arcy take a trip to the past

In Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3, things took an exciting turn for Harry after he decides to reclaim his alien self and preserve the alien DNA by traveling back in time.

He takes a time-traveling journey to the 70's with D'arcy and struggles to claim the alien device from General McAllister in hopes of bartering it from the Greys for some of his old alien energy.

Elsewhere, more and more people start believing in the existence of aliens, with Asta's aunt suspecting Harry to be an alien.

Kate and her group initiate an alien hunt, where she starts remembering past events on the moon. It ends with her remembering that D'arcy was with her on the moon, suggesting that she will connect the dots and realise that D'arcy took the baby.

Harry retrieves the alien device in Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3

In Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3, Harry is desperate to reclaim his alien self, which is why he decides to travel to the 70's and retrieve the alien tech device from General McCallister. He believes he can trade the device with the Greys in return for some of his alien energy.

After Dale helps Harry build a time travel portal, he travels to the 70's with D'arcy to retrieve the device from McAllister. However, McAllister wants to hold onto the device for her father and persuade him to believe in the existence of aliens.

She explains that the government agents will soon announce her father's testimony as false, which is why she needs the device. However, when she explained the existence of aliens to her father, he did not trust the words of a stranger (not knowing McAllister is his daughter from the future).

Realising that she has failed to protect her father, she hands the device to Harry and D'arcy, who return to the present through the time portal.

Harry makes a difficult choice in Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3

Things take a turn in Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3 when D'arcy confronts Harry about the device and the information she learned from McAllister.

She finds out that the Greys will destroy his homeworld and eradicate his race once they have their hands on the device. She questions Harry about how he is comfortable with the destruction of the alien species and living a life of loneliness as an alien.

Heather kills the Mantid in Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3

While Harry and D'arcy take a trip to the past, Mike and Liv continue their alien hunt in Resident Alien Season 4 Episode 3.

Mike finally accepts that he believes in aliens after he sees a mantid feed on a deer in the woods. While Liv is jealous that everyone except her has seen the alien, the duo decides to finally help the FBI and hunt the monster who is killing people.

While Mike and Liv are on the alien hunt, Max and Bridget have also formed another group and are searching for aliens. While Liv shares her knowledge about the mantid, Max comes face-to-face with the creature.

However, just as the mantid was about to kill Max, Heather shows up in her Blue Avian form and shreds the mantid to pieces, saving Max and the group.
