MGM+ is about to drop Robin Hood Episode 10, One Enemy Falls, Another Rises, on Sunday, December 28, 2025. That’s the big Season 1 finale.

Guy of Gisborne is on a murderous rampage to take Rob out, the Sheriff of Nottingham is doing his usual power-grabbing tricks, and Marian is risking her neck to dig up secrets. Meanwhile, Rob’s band of misfits is gearing up for what might be their last stand. It’s a ‘do or die’ deal for everyone.

After the bombshell in Episode 9: Rob’s men killing Lord Warwick, Friar Tuck bailing, Prince John outing Marian as a spy, and then King Henry II sending the infamous Guy to finish Robin off, things are tense. The finale has to pull all the plot threads together. And this version is going into historical grit and getting into everybody’s heads. Rob is still swiping from the rich, giving to the poor, and navigating his complicated love story with Marian.

Robin Hood Episode 10 features every big name who has been stirring the pot all season.

Jack Patten as Rob (Robin Hood): He walks into the finale with a giant target on his back. Guy of Gisborne wants him dead, the Sheriff has his boot on everyone’s neck, and Rob is just out here trying to keep his crew alive while planning some last-ditch attacks.

Lauren McQueen as Marian: Marian is done playing it safe. She got outed as a spy, and now she is sneaking into her own dad’s place, risking everything to grab intel that could save Rob and the whole rebellion.

Sean Bean as The Sheriff of Nottingham: In the finale, he is playing games with people’s lives: Plotting against Rob, double-crossing Guy of Gisborne, and getting close to King Henry II

Connie Nielsen as Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine: Queen Eleanor is still backstage, pulling the real strings. She is juggling Richard’s claim to the throne, Prince John acting up, and the Sheriff being a pain. She is the series’s power broker, and you do not want to cross her.

Graeme Thomas King as Prince John: Prince John, after ratting out Marian, increased the stakes. You never really know what kind of horror he is about to unleash. Kingdom is hanging by a thread with him around.

Steven Waddington as the Earl of Huntingdon: Marian’s dad’s house turns into ground zero for Marian’s most dangerous stunt yet in Robin Hood Episode 10.

Marcus Fraser as Little John: Little John is still Rob’s ride-or-die. When things go sideways, John is the first to swing into action.

Angus Castle-Doughty as Friar Tuck: Tuck walked away from the group over moral differences. But now, it looks like he is back. Will he hold on to his morality in the final showdown? We will know in Robin Hood Episode 10.

Lydia Peckham as Priscilla of Nottingham: Priscilla has been on her own path ever since she ditched William Marshal. Whatever she decides in Robin Hood Episode 10, you can bet it will make Marian and Rob’s lives even more complicated.

Guy of Gisborne: Guy of Gisborne, played by Davor Tomic, is the human embodiment of bad news. King Henry II sent him to take Robin Hood out for good, and his arrival shoves the outlaws into the fight of their lives.

What to expect from Robin Hood Episode 10?

The buildup to Robin Hood Episode 10 has been tense. In the penultimate Episode, Robin was barely holding it together after Henry Miller died in Episode 8. When grief hits him, he goes berserk. In the last Episode, we saw the fallout as he kidnapped Lord Warwick and burned his place. He almost blurred the line between hero and villain, and that’s the reason Friar Tuck left.

Meanwhile, the Sheriff is two steps ahead. He planted a spy among the Merry Men, and the mole almost succeeded in killing Rob in the woods. In Robin Hood Episode 10, the Sheriff will probably use the intel since he has all the cards going into the finale.

Then there’s Marian. In earlier episodes, she was spying on Prince John on Queen Eleanor’s behalf, who was trying to keep Richard’s crown safe. She was outed in Episode 9 and barely escaped with her life. She ran off straight to Robin to warn him about Guy of Gisborne. Now, she has to break into her own father’s home to dig up what she can to save Rob and the rebellion.

In Robin Hood Episode 10, Guy is expected to feel like an apocalypse. Rob is trying to coordinate plans, while everyone else is barely keeping their heads above water. This showdown is gearing up to feel like ‘all or nothing.’ One failed mission, and everyone is gone.

On the other hand, the Sheriff has his own backstabbing schemes going on for the Guy. He is aiming to knock out both Gisborne and Rob. He is dreaming of the day King Henry comes back to England and hands him the keys to the kingdom.

Through it all, Rob is fighting his own demons. Is he the hero people actually need or just another person out for payback? Friar Tuck’s words are echoing: let go of the revenge or risk becoming what you hate. What Rob chooses depends on where the events of Robin Hood Episode 10 will take him.

The title One Enemy Falls, Another Rises hints that even if Rob and his team secure victory, it may bring new threats. So, Robin Hood Episode 10 is expected to bring all storylines together, while giving us the usual cocktail of action, espionage, and power struggles. At the moment, no one is safe, and after the dust settles, Robin’s rebellion might be reshaped.

MGM+ has not decided about Robin Hood Season 2 as of now. The series has a 77% critic score and 79% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. On Metacritic, it has a “generally favorable” score of 67/100. These are positive indicators for showrunners to consider renewing the series. Meanwhile, viewers are anticipating Robin Hood Episode 10 to close this chapter, at least for a while.

Robin Hood is now streaming on MGM+.
