Robin Hood Episode 6 raises the tension even more as politics grow sharper, secret plans grow darker, and personal problems hit harder.

Robert Locksley moves closer to becoming the outlaw Robin Hood. After rescuing the Miller siblings, everyone knows there is no turning back. The Merry Men see it. The authorities see it too.

This episode centers on Queen Eleanor’s arrival in Nottingham. Her presence shifts the balance of power. New alliances form and new threats rise.

Queen Eleanor arrives in Nottingham to study the growing outlaw problem. Before this, she sent William Marshal, the Earl of Pembroke, to check on the Sheriff. She wanted to know why the Sheriff had called in expensive soldiers from Warwick and Leicester.

Marshal saw Robert’s bold attack during the Millers’ near-execution. He reported everything to the queen. That report brought Eleanor here in Robin Hood Episode 6. Even with her high status, Eleanor is sharp. She quickly sees something strange. The outlaws are too skilled to be working alone. She begins to suspect that someone in power is secretly helping them.

The Sheriff holds a meeting with the Saxon leaders. He blames them for hiding the attackers. He says the conflict is part of the bigger Norman–Saxon struggle. He claims the outlaws must be Saxons because only Norman soldiers died, and the freed prisoners were Saxon.

He has no idea that Robin’s group includes people like Friar Tuck and will soon represent many kinds of rebels. At the castle, earls and barons watch the queen carefully. Eleanor stands out with her confidence and sharp tongue. She even teases the Bishop of Hereford for his flashy jewelry.

Earl Huntingdon, drunk, complains about the Sheriff’s failure to stop Robert Locksley. The Sheriff ignores him. He still does not know that Robert Locksley and Robin Hood are the same man.

Meanwhile, in Robin Hood Episode 6, Queen Eleanor has a secret goal for her visit. She wants the lords to sign a writ that declares a state of emergency in the Midlands. This would force King Henry II, who is in France, to return to England.

The writ helps her in two ways. First, it shows the nobles that she is in charge while the king is gone. Second, it pulls King Henry into her trap. She wants to watch him closely. She also wants to push forward her bigger plan to put Prince Richard on the throne.

Most lords think signing is harmless. They believe it shows loyalty. They also think it will bring help to stop the Robin Hood crisis. But the Sheriff of Nottingham refuses. To him, signing means he has failed. It would prove he cannot control the Midlands. He also does not trust Eleanor. He thinks she wants to weaken King Henry or remove him completely.

Instead of signing, he throws the writ into the fire. He burns it right in front of her. Eleanor says this is treason. She vows to have him executed once she has more power. The Sheriff stays calm. He insists he will end the outlaw problem on his own.

On the other hand, in Robin Hood Episode 6, Marian Huntingdon travels with Queen Eleanor’s group. This lets her return to the Locksley estate. She avoids her family, who are grieving Aronne’s death.

She sneaks into the house instead. She hopes Robert will feel that she is back. At night, he does. They reunite with passion and fall back into their relationship. But Marian’s visit has a secret purpose. Eleanor has given her a mission. Marian must set up a private meeting between the queen and Robin Hood. People think Marian speaks with Robert Locksley, who “knows” the outlaw. So she becomes the perfect messenger.

Marian asks Robert to arrange the meeting. Robert wants to tell her the truth. He wants to say he is Robin Hood. But he cannot. He fears Marian might blame him for Aronne’s death.

Marian has her own goal. She wants a future with Robert. She wants him safe from the law. She asks Queen Eleanor to grant Robert clemency if she arranges the meeting. Eleanor calls the request bold. She finally agrees, but only after she meets the outlaw first.

Priscilla, the Sheriff’s daughter, changes sides again in Robin Hood Episode 6. In the last episode, she almost turned against her father. But after Robert’s arrow nearly killed her, she hardened her heart. She now stands firmly against him. She wants to regain her place in Nottingham’s political world. She prepares herself to be the perfect hostess for Queen Eleanor’s visit.

Priscilla then begins to seduce William Marshal. It looks like the start of an affair. No one knows her true reason. She might be helping her father. Or she might be following her own secret plans. This new relationship is dangerous. It could let her or the Sheriff spy on Westminster through Marshal.

Late at night, Robert puts on Robin Hood's green clothes. He rides to the secret meeting place chosen by Queen Eleanor. He tells her right away that the crown is not his enemy. His only target is the Sheriff of Nottingham for hurting his family.

Queen Eleanor is impressed. She sees his skill and intelligence. She even notices he speaks French well. She sends her guards away so they can talk alone.

Then she makes a shocking request. She wants Robin Hood to increase his attacks. She wants the chaos to grow so large that King Henry II must return to England. But that is only the first step. She hopes the chaos or Robin himself will eventually lead to Henry’s death. This would clear the way for Prince Richard to take the throne.

Robert is shocked. He says he and his men will not kill the king. Eleanor keeps pushing, soft but firm. She hints that she will not give up on the idea.

Robert sees that she wants to use him for her own political games. So he makes his own demand. Marian must be freed from court service. And he must get clemency when the crisis ends.

Eleanor immediately understands what this means: Robert Locksley is Robin Hood. She chooses not to reveal it. She agrees, but only after he completes his part of the plan.

At the end of Robin Hood Episode 6, Marian meets her father, the Earl of Huntingdon. He is furious. He blames her for bringing Robert Locksley into their lives. Then he reveals a terrible truth. He says Robert caused Aronne’s death.

Marian is crushed. She is heartbroken and shocked. But she still does not know everything. She does not know that Robert is actually Robin Hood. This hidden truth becomes a new kind of power that Eleanor now holds over them.

Robin Hood Episode 6 ends with Marian in pain. Her relationship with Robert is shaken. She may even leave him if she can no longer trust him.
