Reghabi is the woman who once tried to reintegrate Petey. And she is the one who wants to help Mark understand what Lumon is doing.

Graner shows up but before he can do anything, Reghabi attacks him from behind. She kills him with a heavy bat. She then takes his security card, which becomes the most important thing she hands to Mark.
