Netflix premiered Selling the OC Season 4 on November 12, 2025. The first episode of the series featured returning and newly joined cast members. New faces, including Fiona Belle, Ashtyn Zerboni, and Kaylee Ricciardi, joined The OC Group. One of the cast members, Tyler Stanaland, also returned after almost two years. While everyone welcomed the newly joined agents, Austin Victory shared his thoughts on one of his co-stars, Kaylee. He recalled one of his best friends and Kaylee's relationship. But it ended and was a bad breakup. "I know Kaylee because she dated one of my best friends from LA. Unfortunately, I think, him and Kaylee had a...a bad breakup, but we stayed in touch. Fiona Belle, 23, opened up about getting a call from Jason. "Jason called me because the OC office is flooded with buyers coming from LA. So I work at the San Diego office, but I'm excited to return home to Orange County."She started her real estate career at the age of 21. However, she noted that her age didn't limit her in the industry. She knew her worth and worked hard for what she wanted to achieve. She also opened up about being pregnant. While she thought she would want to be a stay-at-home-mom but she couldn't stop working. Selling the OC's Kaylee Ricciardi also joined The O Group's Newport Beach office. She had been in the real estate about 13 years and started at Coachella. "This niche has allowed me to create a network from celebrities to the biggest CEOs in the world. All the other petty stuff, I just don't care about it. I, in my free time, like to have fun and laugh and smile and hang out with my friends, eat good food. I don't wanna sit around and gossip the whole time. My God, go to f*cking therapy," shared Kaylee. Seeing her arriving at the office, one of the fellow agents, Austin, noted that she dated his best friend. However, they broke up.
