"She made the best decision": Love Is Blind star Jordan opens up on Megan's choice to end things before the altar

Netflix released the latest Love Is Blind Season 9 Finale on October 22, 2025. The latest episode featured wedding ceremonies. While there were three engaged couples, only two went forward with the wedding. The couple that didn't have a wedding ceremony was Megan and Jordan.

It was after Megan shared her reservations before moving forward. In his 22nd October 2025 interview with Variety, Jordan reflected on his journey on the social experiment.

While recalling Megan's decision about not to get married, he said:

"We wanted to be open, honest, and transparent with each other. My son was supposed to be at the wedding, and I never wanted him to go through something like that. We tried until the last possible second. She made the best decision for both of us and our families."

Love Is Blind Season 9 star Jordan noted that he wasn't blindsided by Megan's decision. It was because the two had decided earlier that if they were unsure about their decision, they wouldn't move forward with their wedding ceremony.

Sharing more about that, Jordan noted that he and Megan wanted to be honest with each other. Despite the two trying to figure things out, it didn't work out. Hence, when Megan decided to opt out, Jordan said that she made the "best decision." Not only for the two, but also for their families.

Fans must know that it has already been a year since the current Love Is Blind Season 9 finale was filmed.

A year later, in his current interview, Jordan reflected on his journey. He noted that it felt weird watching the show now.

"It's weird watching yourself fell so hard in love with somebody. We were compatible on so many levels. We finished filming almost a year and half ago, and I haven't seen her since," he shared.

Jordan also noted that he spent a lot of time processing the things that happened on the show. He also went to therapy and improved himself. He also shared that watching the show was hard because he didn't remember it now.

"But I see why we fell in love. It sucked, but at the same time, so much time has passed. I love my life before I went on the show, and I love it now," added Jordan.

When asked about everyone's reactions to his journey, Love Is Blind star noted that he had not been reading comments. However, he came across some reactions that felt humbling.
