2025 might be ending soon, but the latest C-drama, Shine on Me will continue for a few more days, and fans can enjoy the comforting story. A show is about Nei Xiguang and Lin Yusen, who cross paths when Xiguang joins the corporate world.

What happened in Shine on Me episode 19: A quick recap

Episode 19 of Shine on Me begins with Xiguang and Lin Yusen chatting late at night. They decide to feed the deers and Xiguang sneaks out with some firecrackers. Since it was late, the deer were being taken for rest, and they only got to feed a little to one reindeer.

However, Xiguang had firecrackers, so they spent some more time until Jiang Rui found out that his cousin had sneaked out. He texts her and then challenges Lin Yusen to a race tomorrow.

Lin Yusen accepts the challenges, and the day of the race finally arrives. The winner will get the "Xiguang cup", and as expected, Lin Yusen wins the race. Later, he tells Xiguang that he didn't go easy on her cousin because the winner title had her name, and he cannot lose it.

The trio then plans the dayout for the next day, while Zhuang Xu enjoys himself with his colleagues. While skiing, his co-worker accidentally reveals that Lin Yusen is chasing Nei Xiguang and they aren't in a relationship currently.

This leaves Zhuang Xu shocked as he and the other friends belived Xiguang is dating Lin Yusen. While they're definitely getting closer, they aren't officially a couple yet.

Episode 20 of Shine on Me is expected to highlight Xiguang's care for Lin Yusen. When he goes missing, and a misunderstanding causes her to panic, she expresses how much she longs to see him.

Since Lin Yusen was once a top surgeon, he helped a man after suspecting a brain injury. He took him to the hospital while Xiguang was far, and Lin Yusen sent her a text. However, the text was delivered later, and before that, Xiguang belived it was Lin Yusen who got hurt.

She finds him at a hospital and realizes that Lin Yusen was helping a patient. When he came out, she yelled at him for not updating her.
