C-drama enthusiasts seem to be loving the latest series, Shine On Me, which follows the story of a young woman named Nie Xiguang who experiences friendship, love, hreatbreak and growth in her life. While Xiguanag is brought to life by beloved actress Zhao Jin Mai, she's paired up with Song Wei Long, another globally loved star.

Shine on Me episode 14 and 15: Everything to know
The C-drama began with revealing Xiguang from a wealthy family, beginning her career after graduation. Flashbacks also reveal that she has been into her classmate Zhuang Xu for a long time, but he never really accepted her feelings.
Zhuang Xu often mocked Xiguang for depending on her family instead of finding her own potential. She gets deeply hurt by his cold words, and later takes a new job away from her city.
And when she crosses paths with Lin Yusen, and the two get closer, Zhuang Xu realizes that he has lost Xiguang. They had a clash in the latest episode, soon after which Lin Yusen also confessed his love to Xiguanag.
The story will continue in episodes 14 and 15 of Shine on Me, confirmed to be released on Saturday, December 27, 2025 around 5:00 am ET. Each episode runs for about 45 to 50 minutes, giving viewers a closer look at the story.

What happened in Shine on Me episodes 12-13: A quick recap
Episode 12 begins with a painful confrontation between Xiguanag and Zhauang Xu. They congratulate each other for moving forward in life, and then Zhuang Xu accuses Xiguang of breaking her promise. She once told him that she would wait until he liked her back.
However, she seems happy with Lin Yusen now. Xiguang then tells Zhuang Xu that he never reciprocated her feelings and instead made her feel inferior. And when she met Yusen, he treated her well and respected her.
The conversation leaves them heartbroken, and Xiguang is crying in the corner. Lin Yusen then comforts her and even tells Xiguanag that he likes her. She makes it clear that she hasn't fully moved on, so she needs time.
Later, Xiguang enjoys time with her grandparents and returns to work the next day in episode 13 of Shine on Me. After the heavy snowfall, the employees clean the ice, and during this time, Xiguang seems to ignore Lin Yusen.
Yusen then accompanies Xiguang to meet Dr. Feng. While walking home, Lin Yusen apologizes to Xiganag for confessing his love when she was not prepared. He even asks her to forget everything and stop ignoring him at work.
By the end of the episode, the team is having a playful battle over going to the cafeteria. Interestingly, Lin Yusen and Xiguang stand against each other, and just when the winner is about to be revealed, the episode ends.

Episodes 14 and 15 will focus on the growing bond between Lin Yusen and Xiguanag. They will go on a two-day immersive tour as Xiguang asked Yusen to join her.
