Sister Wives Season 20 Episode 5 Recap: Janelle and Christine's families reunite, Aurora reveals dating news to Kody and Robyn

TLC released Sister Wives Season 20 Episode 5 on October 27, 2025. The latest episode of the reality show featured Janelle and Christine's family celebration.

Janelle, Christine with her husband, and their kids and grandkids arrived and spent Christmas together. While they spent time together, they talked about Janelle and that she should date. Christine and Janelle also shared their thoughts on their former relationship with Kody and how hard it was.

Further in the episode, Robyn's daughter revealed being asked out. Kody and Robyn were both happy with their daughter starting a relationship. They talked about how she was being treated and the future of their relationship.

Sister Wives Season 20 Episode 5 Recap: Christine and Janelle's kids and grandkids spend Christmas together, Kody and Robyn learn about their daughter's dating life

The latest Sister Wives Season 20 episode featured a family get-together. This included Janelle's daughter Madison with her husband Caleb and kids, Christine, her husband David, Janelle, Christine's sons and daughters, and their kids.

"For years and years and years, for my kids and Janelle's kids, holidays have been together as a family. And when I left, we certainly missed that," confessed Christine.

Janelle noted that traditions were important for them. They were the things that helped them stay grounded.

"Like you're always gonna have traditions no matter how much life changes," confessed Janelle.

Christine's husband, David, told Janelle that they were going to find a guy for her to date. When he mentioned that they would find her a guys with six packs, everyone laughed.

Elsewhere in the episode, viewers witnessed Aurora, Kody, and Robyn's daughter. She revealed being asked to be a girlfriend. She told them about the guy she had been dating, Brody.

"You know the guy that I've been dating for a while, he's been around for a little bit. Yeah...um...(laughs) He asked me to be his girlfriend. And I said yes," shared Aurora.

Kody also asked what exactly he had asked her.

"He said, Aurora, will you be my girlfriend?" she recalled.

Kody couldn't stop laughing, while Robyn's reaction was, "Wow." In her private confessional, Sister Wives star Robyn noted that their daughter Aurora was 22. She recalled that she had dated in the past and had a relationship in high school.

"But she never really had like a super serious relationship," added Robyn.

Aurora asked her parents about her boyfriend. Kody responded that he had met Brody a few times, and he seemed like a really good guy.

Sister Wives star Kody asked his daughter if her boyfriend treated her nicely. She said yes. He also asked Aurora if Brody looked at her the way he had been looking at her mother.

Aurora recalled their initial dates and how intensely he was staring at her. At one point, she also thought that he might propose. Robyn told her that they should take the time to really get to know each other.

She replied that she had conversations with Brody about becoming a girlfriend and boyfriend. She noted that maybe it was what God wanted. Listening to her, Robyn responded that for the time being, they would be a girlfriend and a boyfriend. To her surprise, her daughter noted that they had also been thinking about "long-term stuff" as well.

Robyn confessed that Aurora was not interested in a plural marriage concept and that it was okay. Both Robyn and Kody congratulated their daughter.

Further in the latest episode, fans saw Meri exploring New York City with her best friend, Jenn.
