Tournament of Champions: All-Star Christmas host Guy Fieri injured his leg while filming.The 57-year-old host was rushed for surgery. It happened after he slipped and injured his quads as a result. He noted in his Fox News Digital interview on November 24, 2025, that it required medical assistance.Fieri also shared the doctor's reaction after seeing his injured muscle. He noted that he hadn't seen such a tear in 20 years."I slipped down a set of steps, and one foot went forward, and the other foot got caught on the threshold. You know, it extended me out. I looked like I was probably doing the splits, but when my right leg compressed into itself... the giveaway point, and the doctor said he's never seen...you know, in 20 years...he hasn't seen a tear in the biggest, thickest part of your quad in half."
