He is provoked by another user named Sniper762 to take action, which might have led Trew to attack and take innocent lives in teh Shopping Centre.
Furthermore, Flyte also discovers that Trew was killed by a sniper with a 7.62 calibre bullet, suggesting that the attack might have been planned from the beginning.
