"Smaller than our penthouse condo": The Valley star Danny Booko reacts to Jasmine Goode's newest listing

The Valley Season 2 Episode 14 is set to air on July 15, 2025. Ahead of the Bravo show's latest episode, the show released a sneak peek for the episode featuring Danny Booko and his wife, Nia.

The couple went to see Jasmine Goode's newest listing as they were planning to have more members added to their family. As they arrived at the venue, they explored the property.

While checking out Jasmine's newest listing, Danny found it quite small. Nia confessed that the square footage might not be as per Danny's liking.

Listening to her talking to Jasmine, The Valley star Danny added:

"It's smaller than our penthouse condo by like 800 ft."

The sneak peek featured Danny Booko and Nia going to visit one of Jasmine's latest listings. It was the Sherman Oaks Listing, which was valued $1,100,000.

"I definitely hope I can find Nia and Danny the house of their dreams," confessed Jasmine.

As soon as Danny and Nia drove in, The Valley star Nia asked him if he could see their children running around the tree in their front yard. Danny said it was "tiny." In her private confession, Nia shared that she literally "dragged" Danny to view the house.

"I have literally dragged Daniel to view this house. The square footage is small, but I think if it's designed right, it could be great," confessed Nia.

Seeing how Danny was still stuck with how "tiny" the house was, Nia told him to think "cute." She said it was "adorable."

The Valley star Danny confessed that with another baby in their plans, they would want "space." As they entered the listing, Jasmine greeted them and said:

"Welcome to your future house."

Seeing the interior and everything that was arranged, Nia told Jasmine that she had been looking at the house online. She added that it looked "cute" online. She admitted that after knowing about the square footage, she was "nervous" about Daniel. He pointed out that the house was "smaller" than their penthouse condo.

They then explored the open kitchen, bedrooms, including the primary, and more. Nia said she "loved" it.

When they came across the primary bathroom and saw one sink, Danny laughed and pointed it out.

"One sink, baby," said Danny.

He then told Jasmine about their double sink and how he has a smaller space compared to what Nia has, and they laughed about it. The Valley star Danny also mentioned he couldn't imagine where Nia would put all her stuff around the sink. Nia agreed with him.

Jasmine then shared in her confession that pictures "lied," but it could be their "first starter home." She then couldn't stop laughing and burst out laughing. Later, they all talked about "post-Hawaii hangover," among other things.
