"Smart and sweet": Love Island Australia's Jotham gushes over Gabby

The latest Love Island Australia episode featured a private chat between Gabby and Jotham. The two talked about Lacey and his bond with her since he arrived in the villa.

Gabby recalled her chat from the previous night with Lacey and shared it with Jotham. It was about him having a stronger connection with her before his closeness with Gabby.

Listening to her, Jotham noted that it was from before his close bond with Gabby. She also knew that it was from before. Seeing her understanding of the situation and how it didn't become an issue, Jotham was happy.

In his private confession, he noted:

"I think it's reassuring that Gabby was able to figure things out for herself and see through all, I guess the bulls*it that was kind of going on here. So, I think Gabby's just really in-tune, smart and sweet and you know, the more I know, the more I learn about her, like, more...the good qualities there open up."

After that chat, where Lacey talked about her stronger connection with Jotham, Gabby was not happy. She noted being pissed off. Lacey told her that he was telling both of them what they wanted to hear.

"She told me that yesterday morning, you said...that, oh, what I have with you is so much more than what I have with Gabby. Like, my chats with Gabby are nothing compared to you," shared Gabby.

Listening to her, Love Island Australia star Jotham confirmed if it was exactly the way Lacey shared it with her. She agreed. He then responded that it was in the beginning, while he was still exploring connections in the villa.

"I told her that I had a stronger connection with her than you. And this was early. This was like day one," responded Jotham.

In her private confession, Gabby talked about her emotions. She recalled being told lies and twisted truths the night before. But, she felt better that morning after talking to Jotham. She noted that after their chat, she could see straight through the lies.

While talking to Jotham, Gabby noted that Lacey knew she could get a reaction out of her. Love Island Australia star also recalled that she believed in her in the moment. Jotham was happy that they were able to clear things up with each other.

Later, in his private confession, Jotham shared about feeling reassured by Gabby. He was happy that she was able to talk about things and understood the situation. He also noted that as he was learning more about Gabby, he felt that she was sweet and smart.
