Sam recalled the conversation they had with Nancy, where they talked about fellow housemates in code names. The two referred to Jenny as a fake person because she hadn't gotten emotional or had any emotional breakdowns in the BB House.
Big Brother UK star Sam got emotional while apologizing to Jenny. Sam noted that they felt as if they had ruined everything and also hurt Jenny's feelings over nothing.

In a recent conversation, Big Brother UK housemates Jenny and Sam recalled the latter's private chat with Nancy. The two discussed fellow housemates and referred to them with code names. However, later Big Brother revealed those conversations, and then everyone knew about their chat.
During that chat, Sam and Nancy referred to Jenny as a fake person. They discussed that she hadn't gotten emotional like the rest of the housemates. In the latest episode, Sam went to talk to Jenny to apologize.
"Dunnno how I'm gonna talk to you like without like, do you know what I mean, getting upset. Just gonna have to let it come out and ignore it. Okay?" said Sam.
Big Brother UK star Jenny told Sam that it was brutal.
She was referring to Sam and Nancy's previous conversation, where they talked about her in code.
"You think you're friends with someone then you're out here, it's not nice like 'cause Nancy's point is that, like, I didn't open up to her and I was like, I didn't open up to people lightly, like." responded Jenny.
Sam told Jenny that they didn't have an in-depth thought about what their conversation might result in. When Sam noted that they simply agreed with what Nancy had shared, Jenny told them that if someone would have come to her, she wouldn't have agreed.
"If you just agree with people, like, you're not gonna get it, like, Do you get what I'm saying? It's easier to just people please people like, but like it's not nice like because then Nancy now has taken the whole rap for it," added Jenny.
Big Brother UK star Sam admitted that they didn't think of Jenny's feelings. They should have fought for Jenny and should have had her back.
Jenny replied that she knew what Sam meant. She added that the way it came across, she was fuming. The two talked about how good their friendship had been in the BB House. Sam noted that they had been annoyed at themself because of that conversation.
Big Brother UK star added that they felt as if they ruined everything and also hurt her feelings. They admitted that they felt bad and that it was not worth it. Sam added that they couldn't apologize enough for their actions and what they talked about Jenny.
