1) Park Ji-hu as Song U-yeon

Park Ji-hu’s Song U-yeon in this series truly captures the difficulties that high school students often go through because of their unsupportive parents. U-yeon’s family life instills insecurities in her. The way they treat her makes it hard for her to be happy with herself.
However, after she comes across this new group, she begins to realize her worth. This group of people eventually helps her build her confidence. Park Ji-hu, with projects such as All of Us Are Dead, Little Women, Concrete Utopia, etc., depicts her acting prowess in this series as well.
2) Cho Jun-young as Nam Gi-jeong

Cho Jun-young’s Nam Gi-jeong is truly a crucial part of the show. This is because of the way he helps U-yeon become confident in herself. He always tries to help her. He wants to be by her side.
He is often approached by other girls. Yet, for Gi-jeong, U-yeon is the best. The innocence in his feelings towards U-yeon resonates deeply. Their dynamic is truly heartwarming. While U-yeon confronts her family, Gi-jeong stays by her side throughout.
3) Choi Bo-min as Koo Seon-ho

With projects such as 18 Again, Beauty Empire, A-Teen 2, and many more, Choi Bo-min created a place with his acting prowess in the entertainment industry. His performance in Spirit Fingers brings forth his ability to embody the character completely.
He brings a distinct life to the storyline with his presence. Koo Seon-ho’s interactions, especially with Nam Geu-rin, bring a heartwarming touch to the overall essence of the storyline.
4) Kim Hye-eun as Seong Kyeong

Kim Hye-eun’s performance as U-yeon’s mother, Seong Kyeong, is quite crucial in the overall storyline of the series. Her behavior towards U-yeon created such an impact that she began to suffer with her confidence. Seong Kyeong’s past with ballet made her insecure about her own issues; hence, to prevent her daughter from facing the same struggles, she tried to protect U-yeon.
However, in doing so, she began to negatively impact U-yeon’s life. At the end of the series, U-yeon’s mother is finally able to reveal her past struggles with U-yeon and even helps her buy the supplies she needs.
5) Ki Eun-yoo as Song U-dol

Yet another significant character in the series. U-yeon’s brother, U-dol’s storyline in the series is also quite heartbreaking. As the youngest member of the family, U-dol often feels the constant pressure from his parents to become better. Young minds such as U-dol’s often mistake the anger from the parents as resentment, making it even more harmful.
U-dol thinks that his father’s harsh behavior towards him is his mother’s fault. This causes him to get extremely angry towards his family. He eventually decides to leave the house, which causes immense tension between U-yeon and her family. U-dol’s behavior eventually helps U-yeon’s parents to realize the impact their behavior had on their children.
