The Front Man has been one of the most important characters of Squid Game since the beginning of the show. While he was the main villain, his character was extremely complex, which made his ending in Squid Game Season 3 even more interesting.
Almost all the characters of the show found some kind of closure by the end of season 3. However, In-ho, or the Front Man, was the one whose fate was left undecided, leaving space for future spin-offs or even a show based completely on him.
While nothing has been confirmed about a spin-off of Squid Game happening, Cate Blanchett's cameo in the last season and the way In-ho communicates with her through his eyes have definitely established that the deadly games are happening outside Korea and on an international level. This premise is enough to set up a spin-off.

The Front Man’s unfinished arc leaves a space for a Squid Game spin-off
Despite being the brutal show that Squid Game is, by the end of season 3, almost all the major characters had found some kind of definitive end. For instance, while Gi-hun's daughter never managed to know where his father went or what exactly happened to him, she knew that he was not coming back.
Similarly, Jun-ho never managed to have that conversation with his brother, but he was shown to have accepted In-ho’s decision about the latter and also decided that he would move forward with his life after he helped in trying to stop the games.
Park Gyeong-seok’s character had a great ending, as he managed to go home alive besides the baby. While all these characters had found closure in one way or another, the same cannot be said about the Front Man. He did his duty of handling and hosting the game and also ensured that Player 222 won the game. However, apart from that, his character, personally, did not have any closure.
Moreover, given how Cate Blanchett’s cameo impacted the character of In-ho, it also leaves space for the character’s future appearance in case a spin-off happens. In-ho appeared to be concerned when he realized that Blanchett’s character was signing up players for the same game on an international level.
While he was probably aware that the deadly games were going on outside Korea also, the finality of the realization hits his character quite hard, leaving space for that part of him to be explored.
Squid Game can be streamed on Netflix.
