St. Denis Medical Season 2 is here, and the cast is bringing on the heart and humor! The mockumentary style hospital comedy series revolves around the lives of doctors and nurses in an unfunded hospital in Oregon. St. Denis Medical Season 2 cast includes Wendi McLendon-Covey, Mekki Leeper, Allison Tolman, Kaliko Kauahi, Josh Lawson, David Alan Grier, Kahyun Kim, Kristen Schaal, Lauren Weedman, and Frankie Quiñones among others. The season premiered with two episodes on NBC on November 3, 2025. The episodes can be streamed on Peacock as well.
In the first season, which premiered in 2024, the audience is introduced to the colorful characters at the St. Denis Medical. Executive director Joyce is desperately trying to keep the hospital afloat. Things take a turn when she gets an exorbitant amount as funds. She finds herself caught in a chaotic mess as she tries to figure out how to use the money wisely. At the end of the season, she decides to build a birthing center. Meanwhile, the other characters find themselves juggling between their work and personal life challenges.
St. Denis Medical Season 2 will take the story forward, bringing forth the daily struggles of an understaffed medical team as they try to do their best in the circumstances. The series is co-created by Eric Ledgin and Justin Spitzer.

Wendi McLendon-Covey as Joyce – Joyce is the executive director at the hospital, who is often seen struggling to handle crisis at the workplace. Wendi McLendon-Covey is also known for her roles in The Goldbergs, Reno 911! And Bridesmaids.
David Alan Grier as Ron – A seasoned medical professional, Ron seems up have a lot up his sleeves at work and in his personal life. David Alan Grier has also appeared in The Color Purple and Candy Cane Lane.
Allison Tolman as Alex – In St. Denis Medical Season 2, Allison Tolman plays the role of Alex, the supervising nurse, who is central to the hospital’s ecosystem. Allison Tolman has been part of other projects such as Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Fargo and Good Girls.
Josh Lawson as Bruce – Dr. Bruce plays the role of the arrogant surgeon at the hospital. Josh Lawson has also appeared in Superstore.
Kahyun Kim as Serena – In St. Denis Medical Season 2, Kahyun Kim plays the role of nurse Serena. Kim has also appeared in Cocaine Bear.
Mekki Leeper as Matt – Matt is a new nurse on the block, whose upbringing makes him difficult to fit in. Mekki Leeper has also appeared in The S*x Live of College Girls and Jury Duty.
Kaliko Kauahi as Val – A nurse administrator, Val is the one who helps keep the chaos at bay in the hospital. Kaliko Kauahi has also appeared in Superstore and Parks and Recreation.

Kristen Schaal as Ashley – In St. Denis Medical Season 2, Ashley, a sci-fi fan, is expected to bring some fun energy to the screen as she will have a surprising encounter with someone at the hospital. Kristen Schaal has also been part of What We Do in the Shadows and Bob’s Burgers.
Lauren Weedman as Pam – Pam is a retired nurse who is called back to Dr. Denis Medical because of the hospital being short-staffed. Lauren Weedman is also known for her roles in Hacks and Sirens.
Frankie Quiñones as Leslie – Leslie is a security guard, who seems to know a lot about the happenings at the hospital. Frankie Quiñones has appeared in What We Do in the Shadows and This Fool.
Lauren Lapkus in unknown character – In St. Denis Medical Season 2, Lauren is expected to play the role of a pregnant woman, who arrives at the hospital with her husband played by Tim Baltz. Lauren Lapkus has been part of other successful shows such as The Wrong Missy and The Big Bang Theory.
Tim Baltz in unknown character – Tim will portray the role of Lauren’s husband. They turn up at the hospital after something goes wrong with their gender reveal party. Tim Baltz is also known for his roles in The Righteous Gemstones and Driver’s Ed
Jonah Beckett as Kyle – In St. Denis Medical Season 2, Kyle turns up at the hospital with a strange illness. Jonah Beckett was last seen in HBO Max series The S*x Live of College Girls.
