St. Denis Medical Season 2 extends guest role list and it's every bit as star-studded as you'd expect

NBC's St. Denis Medical Season 2 will premiere on November 3, 2025, with the first two episodes. The mockumentary sitcom depicts the day-to-day life of the doctors and nurses in a fictional hospital. The sitcom is loved for the social commentary on the state of the healthcare industry, where overworked doctors and other employees in an underfunded hospital try to keep up with taking care of their patients, as well as maintain their own lives.

Apart from a stellar ensemble cast that will be returning for the latest season, numerous exceptional guest stars will also join the cast list. Apart from the earlier announced guest stars, Variety reported that five more guest stars have joined St. Denis Medical Season 2.

St. Denis Medical Season 2- The latest additions to the guest star list of the latest season

As per Variety, St. Denis Medical Season 2 has added five more guest stars to the latest season. The list consists of various exceptional Hollywood performers and also includes an Olympic Gold medalist.

Here is the list of the five guest stars that will be joining St. Denis Medical Season 2:

1) Adam Rippon-

Rippon, an Olympic gold medalist figure skater, will appear as a patient who will have to convince Josh Lawson's character Bruce about his illness. Bruce is the trauma surgeon at this Oregon Hospital and is often the highlight of the comedy moments in the series.


2) Wayne Knight as Dr. Axler

As per Variety, Knight is set to play a cardiologist named Dr. Axler in St. Denis Medical Season 2. His character will often create problems for David Alan Grier's Ron, the emergency physician, which will bring new chaos in the mix.


3) Jared Goldstein

Goldstein is going to play the character of a technician who is called to operate a brand new health screening machine in the hospital.


4) Paul Scheer as Ruben

Scheer's character, Ruben, will be introduced as the brother of the patient in need of a kidney transplant. His character will add a heartfelt narrative in St. Denis Medical Season 2 by depicting an authentic portrayal of a sibling relationship where he will be seen arguing with his brother, but will also be part of the crew to save his life.


5) Jessica Lowe as Violet

Jesica Lowe's Violet will be an interesting addition in the new season as she will be introduced as a strange character who comes to the hospital to rekindle her relationship with her husband.


Other guest stars who will appear in St. Denis Medical Season 2

Apart from the newest addition to the star-studded guest star list, Variety had previously announced seven guest stars.

1) Kristen Schaal as Ashley- Schaal's character will play the nerdy sci-fi enthusiast Ashley, who will meet a potential love interest in the hospital.

2) Frankie Quiñones as Leslie- Quiñones's Leslie will be a security guard in the hospital who is aware of all the gossip taking place in the hospital.

3) Tim Baltz- After an incident taking place during a gender reveal party, Baltz's character will be taken to the hospital in St Denis Medical in Season 2.

4) Jonah Beckett as Kyle- Beckett's character Kyle is a college student with a rare illness that will throw the doctors off guard.

5) Lauren Weedman as Nurse Pam- Weedman's character is retired Nurse Pam. Due to being understaffed, the hospital initially loves Pam returning to help, but not for long.

6) Lauren Lapkus- Lapkus will appear as the pregnant wife of Baltz's character and accompany her husband after the gender reveal party incident.

7) Jeremiah Brown as Jeff- Brown's character is reported to be an Ultimate Frisbee player waiting for his friend to be discharged from the hospital.


Apart from the guest stars, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Mekki Leeper, Kaliko Kauahi, Allison Tolman, and Kahyun Kim, among several others, will also be returning for St. Denis Medical Season 2.
