For four seasons, Star Trek: Enterprise brought forth the vivid storyline of the time before the main adventures of the original series. This series is set in a timeline before Star Trek: The Original Series. In this series, there is a focus on humanity as they journey through space.
They come across different alien species. This is also the first time that the adventures of the first spaceship, the Enterprise, begin. The distinct nature of the series quickly gained a huge fanbase. Instead of focusing on the already established characters in the other series, Star Trek: Enterprise comes forth with a completely different storyline. 1) Scott Bakula as Jonathan Archer

Scott Bakula’s Jonathan Archer is a crucial part of the Enterprise. He is the captain of the starship and took faced challenges head-on. His father’s contribution was significant in the building of the Enterprise, which enhanced his connection with the starship.

2) John Billingsley as Phlox

John Billingsley’s Phlox’s journey began after the first mission of the Enterprise, but soon it turned into a permanent one. He joined the medical team while treating a Klingon patient. He then decided to stay on the medical team of the Enterprise.
His distinct, joyous personality makes him a fan favorite character in Star Trek: Enterprise. John Billingsley perfectly captures the unique aspects of Phlox’s character. 3) Jolene Blalock as T'Pol

T'Pol’s initial goal was to make sure the human kind did not face any trouble; however, she soon gets attached to Archer. Her relationship with Tucker becomes the main focus of her storyline.
Jolene Blalock brings out the subtle emotions that T'Pol goes through while staying on the starship and eventually joining as the commander. Her distinct performance also shines bright in her work in Slow Burn, One Kine Day, Jason and the Argonauts, and many more.
4) Anthony Montgomery as Travis Mayweather

Anthony Montgomery’s Travis Mayweather is born in space and is perfectly acquainted with a variety of spaceships. He is talented with a depth of knowledge in various fields, which eventually helped him secure a position as an ensign.
Anthony Mongomery truly depicts the subtle nuances of his character, making his character worth watching. He has worked on a multitude of projects, namely Carole's Christmas, Popular, Greenleaf, etc.
5) Dominic Keating as Malcolm Reed

Dominic Keating’s Malcolm Reed comes with all shades of seriousness. For Malcolm, interacting with the captain is more difficult than facing a challenge during a mission. He prefers to keep to himself. He knows how to handle a difficult situation with ease.
This can be seen during the missions in Star Trek: Enterprise. Dominic Keating's acting career flourished both in theatre and on screen. Some of his notable works include Jungle 2 Jungle, Prison Break, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and many more.
6) Connor Trinneer as Charles "Trip" Tucker III

Connor Trinneer’s Tucker is the chief engineer on the Enterprise. He even worked on the prototype along with Archer. Tucker's storyline focuses mainly on his relationship with T'Pol.
Though initially, T'Pol and Tucker often had arguments, regarding Tucker's hasty decisions, they eventually worked together and formed a bond. Connor Trinneer worked in a multitude of movies and TV shows, such as Stargate Atlantis, 9-1-1, Lincoln Heights, The Fabelmans, etc.
