The finale of the first season of this series ends with the Mighty Nein about to confront the warriors of the Kryn Dynasty. They are aware that fighting them would not be an easy task, and they might have to end up dead in a “blaze of glory” manner. However, the moment they are about to fight these warriors, they are shocked by the arrival of Yasha.

Yasha arrives in front of them after killing these Kyrn warriors in a brutal manner and then taking the Beacon. The moment she holds the Beacon, she comes out of a state of trance. Yasha then falls to the ground and asks the Mighty Nein to help her. The series ends with this scene, leaving us thinking about the future of the series.

It cannot be denied that the cliffhanger is definitely creating immense debate and discussions amongst the fans as they are trying to navigate through the theories about the numerous possibilities. Producer Travis Willingham indicates that the cliffhanger was a deliberate move to raise the intrigue. Fans, however, have mixed opinions about the cliffhanger, as some indicated it to be “straight up disrespectful.”
