Park Seo-joon’s depiction of the struggling phase that Kyeong-do went through while Ji-woo left him, along with the emotions he kept harboring in his heart, resonates deeply. Won Ji-an also captures Ji-woo’s pain. Ji-woo navigates through the choices she has to make, thinking about Kyeong-do’s well-being. These emotions are depicted by Won Ji-an with a distinct acting prowess.

In episode 9, Ji-woo tries her best to make Jarim Apparel successful, as she is now a significant part of the company. In this episode, Lee El’s performance steals the show. This is because she perfectly brings life to the painful moments when Ji-yeon goes through her episodes. Min-woo’s constant sabotage of her health has now caused her health to deteriorate even further.

Kang Ki-doong’s performance as Woo-sik in the series adds to the layer of subtle humor, which enhances the overall appeal of Surely Tomorrow. Some of the other cast members of the series are Lee Joo-young, Nam Gi-ae, Kang Mal-geum, etc. In the ninth episode of the series, Ji-woo is finally able to bring a positive change for Jarim Apparel with her joining, as she is able to bring Lucas into the company.

Min-woo is extremely angered by the support Ji-woo is able to get from others and keeps on trying to sabotage her chances at success. He also gets desperate to ruin everything by increasing the dosage of the drug that he is using on Ji-yeon to worsen her health condition.

Woo-sik’s acting career finally takes a positive turn as well. He gets the opportunity to take the lead role, as the lead actor of the show was not able to make it to the final show. At the end of the ninth episode, when things are finally taking a positive direction for Ji-woo and Kyeong-do’s lives, disaster strikes. Min-woo, with the desire to humiliate Ji-yeon, brings her out of her office while she is having an episode.

This causes bystanders to wonder about her health. However, at that moment, Kyeong-do arrives. She tries to help Ji-yeon, but she does not recognize him and pushes him away. Ji-woo also arrives and tries to help her sister. She finally realizes her sister’s health condition.

She also understands that Kyeong-do was aware of the truth. The stage is set for intense developments in the tenth episode of Surely Tomorrow. Now that Ji-woo is aware of her sister’s condition, it will be intriguing to see how she navigates through this.
