Surely Tomorrow is bringing forth a steady growth in the relationship between Kyeong-do and Ji-woo. In the past, certain situations led to the distance between the two of them. The distance grew over the years. After Ji-woo’s marriage breaks down, the past emotions rush back to the two of them, bringing forth a heartwarming story.

She also tells Kyeong-do not to not tell the truth about her health to Ji-woo. Kyeong-do faces the difficulty of revealing the truth to Ji-woo. At the end of this episode of Surely Tomorrow, Ji-woo decides to return to work. It can be understood that things are about to get further complicated because of Ji-yeon’s health and Ji-woo’s involvement in the job.

Kyeong-do’s decision not go to Canada despite the opportunity is creating trouble for him at work. He knows that this chance could bring him great opportunities in his career. Yet he is choosing not go.
