Surely Tomorrow is back with its eighth episode, scheduled to be released on Sunday, the 28th of December 2025. You can stream the series via Prime Video. Moreover, the new episodes will air on JTBC in South Korea.

Surely Tomorrow Episode 8 release date and time

Surely Tomorrow Episode 8 will be released on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, at 4 PM GMT and 12 AM ET. Fans in South Korea will be able to watch the 8th Episode on JTBC at 10:40 pm KST.

Previously, in Episode 7, it was revealed that Kyeong-do and Ji-woo, after a long time and several instances of luck failing them, finally chose each other openly. Kyeong-do introduced Ji-woo as his girlfriend at work and protected her professionally. Flashbacks revealed how often they almost met in the past but never aligned.

Ji-woo learned about Kyeong-do’s sacrifices and thanked him instead of confronting him. The return of Mr Kim reconnected Ji-woo with her past and brought quiet healing. The episode focused on timing, growth, and moving forward together.

Each episode is 1 hour long, and the current season consists of 12 episodes. So, after Episode 8, the first season will still have four more episodes to be aired, and it will end in January 2026.

Surely Tomorrow Episode 8 will be available to watch on two main platforms. In South Korea, Episode 8 will air on JTBC, and for international fans, the episode will be streamed on Prime Video.

It is also important to note that fans will have access to English subs the very second the episode starts to stream on Prime. Other than that, there are various other languages available as dubbed languages, which in turn gets extremely convenient for non-Korean fans.


The cast, story, and what makes Episode 8 special

The K-drama stars Park Seo-Joon as Lee Gyenong-do and Won Ji-an as Seo Ji-woo. The show has been directed by Im Hyun-Wook and has been written by Yoo Young-ah.

The story follows Lee Gyeong-do, who is an entertainment reporter, and Seo Ji-woo as his first love, whose lives keep crossing paths over and over again years later.

Talking about the show in an interview with The Fact, Park Seo-joon said:

“It has been five years since I last appeared in a TV drama, and thinking about getting to feel that weekly excitement again genuinely makes me look forward to this project.”

The other cast members for the K-drama include Lee El as Seo Ji-yeon, Lee Joo-young as Park Se-young, Kang Ki-doong as Cha Woo-sik, Jo Min-gook as Lee Jung-min, Jeong Ha-jin as Nam Bo-ra, and finally Kim Mi-kyung as Jo Nam-sook.


Episode 8 of Surely Tomorrow up next to be the next important puzzle of the story. With the December 28th release schedule, and easy access via Prime and JTBC, along with a cast that gives it their all, Episode 8 is surely not one to skip over.
