Hulu's popular drama series, Tell Me Lies Season 3, is among the most anticipated shows on the streaming platform. The show follows the complicated love story of Lucy and Stephen, who met at Baird College in the late 2000s. The series is adapted from Carola Lovering's novel.

The first two episodes, i.e., Episodes 1 and 2 of Tell Me Lies Season 3, will premiere on January 13, 2026. The episodes will drop at 12 a.m. PT and 3 a.m. ET on Hulu and Disney+, globally.

Tell Me Lies Season 3 Episodes 1-2: Release date news, time, and streaming details

Hulu's top drama is set to return tomorrow as Tell Me Lies Season 3 will release 2 episodes on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. In the US, the episodes will be available to watch from midnight PT and 3 a.m. ET. Release time for other regions will differ based on varying time zones and is listed below:

After the two-episode premiere of Season 3, the series will follow the usual one episode per week schedule. The episodes will be available to watch on Hulu as well as Disney+. To watch it, you can subscribe to the streaming platform at $9.99 a month, or you can also go for the ad-free plan, which costs $18.99 per month. Furthermore, there are several other bundle plans of Hulu and Disney+ that you can choose from to watch the show.

What happened in Tell Me Lies Season 2?

Season 2 of Tell Me Lies provided another look at Lucy and Stephen's messy relationship. While in the beginning, they were broken up and dating different people, they eventually got together and started another toxic on-again-off-again cycle of their romantic relationship.

In the case of Stephen, he was shown to be dating Diana, but not because he was in love with her. He just wanted to use her father's influence for his career, and Diana knew about his feelings toward Lucy, and she also knew that breaking up with Stephen was not a safe option, as he is known to be manipulative and also holds grudges for a long time. Therefore, she lied about scoring low on her LSAT score, so that Stephne would leave her on his own and she would not have to face the wrath of the man.

He also manipulated his way into Lucy's life again after he disclosed to Leo about his and Lucy's one-night stand and got beaten up by a man with a short temper. This made Lucy break up with him and support Stephen, who was now teh victim in her eyes. But their problems are not solved as more twists and secrets are unraveled.

After getting back with Lucy, Stephen also finds out about her and Evan's one-night stand through Evan's confession. While Stephen pretended that it did not affect him much, he did hold a grudge against him and used it explosively. The confession that happened in 2008 was used by Stephen in 2015 during Bree and Evan's wedding ceremony.

At the end of Season 2, Stephen played Evan's confession to him about his and Lucy's one-night stand while he was with Bree, shocking everyone in the ceremony. Tell Me Lies Season 3 will showcase more about what Bree might decide after learning the shocking truth and whether they will get married or not. It will also depict where Lucy and Stephen's relationship stands after she learns that he knew about her and Evan's secret.
