What else do we know about A Good Girl's Guide to Murder season 2?
A Good Girl's Guide to Murder season 2 adapts the second book in Holly Jackson’s trilogy, Good Girl, Bad Blood, with Pip returning to sleuthing when Jamie Reynolds disappears. This becomes the centre of the narrative as he is the key witness in the upcoming Max Hastings trial. Pip initially wants to move on from amateur detective work, but she’s drawn back into the mystery, testing her moral compass and pushing her further from the "good girl" she once was.
According to reports, filming began on April 13, 2025, in Southwest England and wrapped by mid-July 2025. There hasn't been any confirmation about the premiere date yet; however, the production timing suggests that the season could be launched this year, only in 2025.
As mentioned, Emma Myers returns as Pip Fitz‑Amobi, the investigative teen whose life was transformed after solving the Andie Bell case. Alongside her is Zain Iqbal reprising his role as Ravi Singh, Pip's trusted partner and romantic interest. Other season 1 regulars, such as Asha Banks as Cara and Yai Topol as Lauren, are returning to the show. Jude Morgan‑Collie as Connor, Raiko Gohara as Zach, Anna Maxwell-Martin as Leanne Amobi, and Gary Beadle as Victor Amobi are expected to return.
In addition to this, some recurring cast members include Misia Butler as Stanley Forbes, an enigmatic figure with deep ties to the investigation; Eden Hambelton-Davies as Jamie Reynolds, Connor’s brother, whose disappearance drives the plot; and Jack Rowan as Charlie Green, who will appear as Pip’s new neighbor with a significant role in A Good Girl's Guide to Murder.
