As The Amazing Race season 37 is near its end, fans are already curious about the next one. Luckily, CBS has confirmed a season 38, which shall explore different locations and a brand new theme.

The show features a team of two contestants who have to race all around the world and finally reach their destination. The competition is made even more interesting by dividing the race into various legs where they have to navigate and find directions to the end point with the help of clues.
The racers are also given guidelines that they have to abide by, or else it would add to a time penalty. These guidelines could be any, such as only traveling by taxis or performing some mental or physical challenges.
After each leg, we see the last team to reach the destination getting eliminated. The team that arrives first at the final leg is declared the winner and is also awarded $1 million.

The Amazing Race season 38 is confirmed by CBS to be dropping around the third or fourth quarter of 2025.
It would assume it's usual time slot of 9:30 PM Eastern Time on Wednesdays. However, a confirmed release date has not been announced by the network yet. Fans will be able to stream it online via Paramount Plus.
As for the cast of the new season, no official confirmation has been made. There are various media reports that suggest stars from Big Brother might join as racers. The cast list was leaked, which stated that there will be 13 teams of two for Season 38.
The stars who are rumored to be competing are Angela Murray from Big Brother season 26. She will be accompanied by her daughter. Stars Vincenzo Palumbo and Giacomo Palumbo are also assumed to be on the season next, including Hannah Chaddha and Simone Chaddha. Phil Keoghan might also return as a host.
The Amazing Race Season 38 Filming Location
It is reported that The Amazing Race season 38 will have its start in Hoorn, Netherlands. It was because the cast was seen filming around the area.
An exact lineup is not released yet, however, they were also spotted filming around the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Romania, along with Italy, in March of 2025.
