The Believers Season 2 ending explained

Ae has Win, Game and Dear under her control. Ae is working towards building a hospital using donations from a Temple. She needs them to help raise a billion baht in six months through their devious money making schemes. A mountainous task, which she believes they can achieve, having known their history. Ae threatens that if they do not comply, their families will pay the price. Thus, leaving them with no choice.

In The Believers Season 2, Ae is aware of their brilliant marketing talent and wants them to come up with a sinister scheme to help her. However, Dear wants to go be with her father in United States. Ae doesn’t want Dear to leave, but Win wants her to go live her life and convinces Ae as well. Win is also meanwhile working with police officer Yod.

The two entrepreneurs must once again come up with a temple scam to save their families. However, they are also aware that Ae will not be merciful even after they meet the target. Win realizes that the only way they can stay safe is by ensuring that the billion is reached slowly so he can come up with a plan to escape.

Win comes up with the concept of 'world’s biggest Pho Tree'. The patrons can make donations at the prayer tree for the hospital through it.

In The Believers Season 2, Dol, who is no longer a monk, can see Win and Game crumbling under the constant pressure from Ae. Dear and Dol remain in touch and even decide to look into starting their own wellness retreat.

To ensure that Ae does not harm them, Win comes up with a fool-proof plan to get away with Ae’s money, but luck is not on their side as a construction problem causes the Pho tree to fall, which ends up injuring people. Win will ask Dear to save his mother, while he tries to save Game. At the warehouse, it is chaotic. The shootout will see Ae shoot Win, who gets gravely injured.

Meanwhile in The Believers Season 2, Wut, who leans about his son, Aun, getting shot, will take control of Ae’s scheme. But Win’s plan to steal the billion bhat is the silver lining. At least for time being. Win knows that the only reason they are all alive is because he holds the information about the money. He continues to withhold the details.

Things take a turn for the worse for Win and Game at the end of The Believers Season 2

Win and Game need Wut to be put behind the bars if they have to live freely. They need to get hold of all the evidence. Enter Dear, who steps in to find the evidence and give to the police. Along with Dol, they find an unlikely ally in Ekachai, who had been previously coming up with his own schemes to get to the Abbot’s position. In the temple, they find the implicating files to give to Yod. However, just before they could, Ae’s person will shoot and kill Dear.

It comes to light that Wut has been using the temple for money laundering and disposing bodies of his enemies. Win learns of the information. Dol manages to get the files to the authorities.

As the curtains close on The Believers Season 2, Dear is no more and Ae’s name in her murder makes her run away from the country. Wut is confronted by Yod. Not before he gets the password from Win to access the donations. Yod’s timely intervention helps save Win and Game. The two are heartbroken about Dear and are left with nothing.
