The Challenge All Stars: Rivals concluded with its highly anticipated finale episode, where the winners were officially announced. The Challenge All Stars: Rivals finale episode started off with Pho King Trivia in which the remaining pairs had to answer the questions asked by host TJ. However, if they were unable to do so, they had to add ingredients such as black snails, hot chilis, and coconut worms in their own bowl. The task was to finish their bowl within the time limit. Contestants had the option to add these ingredients into the bowl of their opponents if their answer was correct.

In this task, Adam and Steve earned the highest score with four stars, followed by Frank and Sam with three stars. Da'Vonne and Shane, along with Melissa and Nicole, received two stars and one star, respectively. For the next task, which consisted of using a boat to reach the finish line, Sam and Frank once again took the first position.

Adam and Steve were the second pair to reach the destination in time. Melissa and Nicole secured third place, while Da'Vonne and Shane came in fourth. The third task during The Challenge All Stars: Rivals finale episode involved players filling up their team's vessel by carrying the previously empty bowls.

Da'Vonne and Shane managed to complete this challenge on time and received four stars. This time, Adam and Steve were placed second as they received three stars. Melissa, Nicole, Frank, and Sam received zero stars. The major twist in this task was that if a team didn't finish their goal within the time limit, they would receive no stars.

The Challenge All Stars: Rivals concluded with a final balancing task, where teams had to stabilize various weights on a seesaw. Adam and Steve were declared as winners as they managed to obtain four stars, followed by runner-ups Da'Vonne and Shane, who got three stars. Additionally, Frank and Sam got two stars, and Melissa and Nicole received one star.

Adam and Steve ended up winning $125,000 each after they decided to split the money with their partner. In a dramatic twist, the final two teams were given the option to keep the prize money for themselves or split it. Both pairs chose to split the grand prize.
