The Copenhagen Test Season 1 Episode 7 leads the series toward the finale with an ever-increasing sense of urgency, as it turns out that Alexander has more serious enemies than his own sick body: people around him.

The episode begins with a flashback that takes place two months before Parker’s promotion. At this point, she and a colleague are annoyed by the feeling of not being appreciated at The Orphanage and even think of quitting. That plan is silently killed when Moira takes Parker on the Claymore mission, and the story starts to unfold in a way that is currently threatening to swallow everyone.

In the present, Alexander just barely escapes an assassination attempt when Michelle confronts him in his apartment. She stabbed him, but Alexander overpowers her and flees, leaving her unconscious. The Orphanage soon spirals out of control, sending out another group to complete the task. Bloodied and injured, Alexander flees as there is no safe place.

At headquarters, in The Copenhagen Test Season 1 Episode 7, Parker sits down with Moira, St. George, and Marlowe to plan their next steps, but St. George will not leave the country and says that The Orphanage is too big to be run by a single individual. Meanwhile, Parker begins to question whether Alexander is really betraying them, or whether they have driven him into a corner. At one point, when she finds out Alexander is with Victor, the leadership decides to leave them alone in the meantime.

Soon, Parker understands that something even worse is going on. Alexander is not only escaping, but he is deteriorating. When she sees his condition worsening, she starts asking questions regarding what she has never heard about the Cassandra technology. In search of a solution, she consults Frances, who confirms Parker’s fears that the symbiotic tech that is in Alexander is killing him. The seizures, bleeding, and hallucinations are hastening, and he is most likely to die within several hours.

Nevertheless, Parker gives a kill order despite her reservations and dispatches agents to Rachel’s office because she thinks Alexander will be after her. She is correct, but Alexander gets to Rachel first. Frantic, he attempts to heal his wound and goes through another frenzied attack. The symptoms become so extreme that he starts bleeding from his eyes and ears. Through his burner phone, he calls Victor, who encourages him to hang on till they meet.

Once more pinned down, Alexander runs away in the pressed streets, avoids Remy in a wild brawl, and narrowly makes it into the city. He finally finds his way to the remote cabin he shared with Rachel, and it seems to be his final hiding place in The Copenhagen Test Season 1 Episode 7.

At the cabin, Alexander challenges Rachel regarding the anti-anxiety pills that were impregnated with nanotechnology. She first fakes it by stating that she had acquired them through a pharmaceutical rep. As she is crushed and has no time left, Alexander confesses that he is the one who had charged her, and pleads with her to apply her medical knowledge to purchase him one more hour.

But the truth is far darker.

As the assassins approach, Rachel shows an underground basement that was concealed under the cabin. There, Alexander finds monitors that follow his every action, evidence that Rachel has been in collaboration with Schiff the entire time. The cabin was not safe; it was a control hub to match the nanites in the brain of Alexander with a bigger monitoring system. Even their earliest memories together were part of the experiment.

In The Copenhagen Test Season 1 Episode 7, Rachel acknowledges that she has been stalking him since the very beginning. She provides Alexander with an adrenaline injection that will momentarily overcome his seizures, but only when it is a last resort. They flee through a tunnel as bullets fly over their heads. Rachel burns the cabin as a cover to conceal their steps and reveals some remorse and uncertainty as the two part ways, not knowing whether there was anything between them that was real.

At the same time, Victor holds the parents of Alexander in his restaurant, but they are obviously aware that something is not okay. As time runs out before Alexander, Victor leaves the place quietly and hides with them as they wait.

Thanks to his plan, Alexander finds a car key that is buried in a carousel. The navigation takes him to what ought to be the location of St. George. Alexander, knowing that Schiff is after them, drives right into the trap. A woman who pretends to be St. George encounters Schiff, buys time to get Remy to move in. It is only in the nick of time that Schiff realizes he has been fooled. Furious, he orders the execution of Alexander and his parents before being taken down himself.

When Alexander rushes back to Victor’s restaurant, the rest of the men hired by Schiff attack him. He drives them away, but another seizure strikes. Alexander smashes through a metal container and loses the adrenaline that Rachel gave him. Bloodied, dizzy, and feeble, he falls on the sidewalk.

The Copenhagen Test Season 1 Episode 7 leaves a cliffhanger with the footsteps approaching, and the fate of Alexander is in the air. As time runs out, foes approach, and treacheries are revealed, The Copenhagen Test Season 1 Episode 7 preconditions the high-stakes finale in which survival is hardly a guarantee.
