When Ironheart's second trailer was released, there was some general speculation that Mephisto might finally be introduced in the MCU. The trailer showed Riri Williams dealing with red transmutation circles, which heavily hinted at Mephisto being a part of the show's story. But nothing was confirmed.
Ironheart had a three-episode release on 24th June 2025, with the episodes Take Me Home, Will the Real Natalie Please Stand Up, and We in Danger, Girl. While Mephisto has not been seen in the show, it has already hinted at Mephisto's introduction in the MCU.
Ironheart hints at Mephisto's introduction
Ironheart follows Riri Williams (played by Dominique Thorne) as she returns to Chicago after the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022). Williams is trying to make something 'iconic' through the iron suit she is designing and building. On top of that, when she lacks adequate funds, Parker Robbins, aka The Hood, offers her help through nefarious ways.
The second trailer for the show had a few scenes that had red transmutation circles, hinting at Mephisto's appearance in the show. But nothing was confirmed. However, after three episodes of the show were released, the show seems to point to Mephisto being introduced soon.

In the show, Parker Robbins says,
"It's the price I've got to pay for what he did to me,"
He says this as he keeps gaining supernatural powers from a mysterious source, while his physical body suffers. While there isn't a confirmation yet, it looks like Robbins has made some kind of a deal in order to gain powers, and the deal is likely with the devil, given how high the price for the powers is. Mephisto is known to be someone who makes these kinds of deals with the devil happen. Hence, there is an extremely strong chance of us seeing Mephisto soon.
Besides, there was another glaring hint that pointed to Mephisto being a part of the show. At the end of Ironheart episode two, Will the Real Natalie Please Stand Up, in behind-the-scenes footage, we see many posters on a wall. These posters are for Faust.
Faust, or Doctor Faustus, is a character who, through the help of Mephistopheles, made a deal with the devil. In his deal, he gave the devil his soul to be able to acquire knowledge and power for 24 years. At the end of the agreed-upon time, Faustus does not want to let go of his power or his life, but as per his deal, his soul gets taken by the devil. Mephisto is just another version of Mephistopheles; hence, it is pretty evident what Marvel is trying to hint at.
Besides, a copyright listing for Ironheart in the U.S. Copyright Office Public Records System listed Sacha Baron Cohen as a cast member. While his role was not revealed, he was said to play "Mystery Man."
Given Cohen's mysterious role in the show and the hints given in the first three episodes, Mephisto will most likely appear in the show soon.
The first three episodes of Ironheart are streaming on Disney+.
