After the signal is traced back to find the location where Havlock was hiding, Frank and his team promptly reach the location. However, they find out that Havlock has already left. Soon, they begin to find him once again. Frank understands Havlock’s plan and takes a chopper to catch him with Sydney.

His instinct was right, and he is soon able to catch Havlock while he is running away in his truck. After the FBI takes Havlock away, Frank reaches his home to find that his son and wife have left him. They could not face the truth about Frank’s daughter’s death. This episode of the series ends with Frank reminiscing about the past incidents while looking at his daughter’s picture, when he begins to connect the dots about the case.

He opens up Thiago’s images. He starts to analyze it all. He then understands that the little girl in the picture is none other than Sydney. He understands that all of this was her plan. She orchestrated it all.

This comes as a shock to him, considering how the two bonded over their past difficulties in this episode. This episode ends with Frank understanding Sydney’s truth, which leaves an anticipation for the eighth episode of the series. Now that Frank is aware of the situation, his actions from here on will definitely bring forth a layer of intrigue.
