Mike is determined to eliminate Konstantin's faction and neutralise Bunny's arsenal.

Bunny and Konstantine's men collide on the Bridge and trigger a chaotic shootout that involves innocents and SWAT forces as well. Konstantin’s men and the Crips effectively wiped each other out; the fallout created a public scandal that dragged the KPD into the mess. Robert's resort to killing a suspect who is ready to surrender and harm a civilian further escalates tension in the Mayor of Kingstown.

What do Milo's returns mean for season 4 of Mayor of Kingstown

Mike, who was determined to kill Konstantin, had his plans derailed when Milo returned to the scene. Not only did Milo expose Mike’s double-cross to Konstantin, but he also manipulated events so that Iris ended up killing Konstantin instead.
