Recently released The Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 Episode 7 saw Adriana arriving to meet Julia's twins. Wearing a neon green dress, Adriana mentioned that she was dressed like school kids' crayons so that kids would like her. One of Adriana's sons was there playing with her while the other one was walking a goat on a leash.
Soon, Alexia arrived, wearing an orange color jacket. Julia reacted, saying:
"It's like the competition of the neon colors."
Reacting to the doughnuts Alexia had with her, Adriana shared with the cameras:
"I don't come bearing gifts. My present is a heart full of love, and to be there for them any time they need me. I don't need to bribe them. My intentions are pure."
Julia received a FaceTime from Karamo Brown, who talked to Jackson and Luca, her sons. She shared that he was a friend with warm energy and an activist. He invited her to the National LGBTQ Task Force event.
Later in the episode, The Real Housewives of Miami cast members attended the event. They met Kiki's friend Carmen. Guerdy mentioned her white cocktail attire event, Celebration of Life.

At her event, Guerdy delivered an emotional speech about cancer. She also presented a cheque to an organization and talked about it. While delivering her speech, Guerdy mentioned how cancer had changed her life:
"Cancer showed me that I'm not always in control. And as horrible as cancer is, I thank cancer for showing me another way to live. Because now I'm living even louder."
During her speech, The Real Housewives of Miami star Guerdy got emotional. Seeing her, the group cheered and encouraged her. Later in the event, Guerdy made another announcement, which shocked everyone:
"I'd like to shed some clarity on a situation that has cast a cloud on some of my friendship, relationships, and my character."
She added that the goal of showing the receipts was not to prove who was "right or wrong" but to "debunk" the situation. The screen at the event showed chats between Julia and Guerdy.
"This is very dirty, and I don't like it. Super dirty," reacted Marisol.
Everyone was shocked to see their chats on the display, where they could all read their conversations. Cast members talked about how the event was about cancer, while Marisol added it was "disrespectful."
