Kordell Beckham and Rob Rauch will not be joining as cast members of Love Island: Beyond the Villa. Fans have been curious, and there have been various reports about why these two have opted out of filming.

Kordell's absence from the screen was a huge shock to the fanbase, especially given that he was the season 6 winner with his girlfriend, Serena Page. As for Rob Rausch, he was with Casey Castillo at the villa.

It turns out that the reason Kordell is not appearing is that he will be filming another show during this time. His schedule will clash due to that.

However, Serena will be a staple during the show as it takes place in Los Angeles and follows her around. Kordell will be a visiting cast member and is confirmed to have moments on the show, just not as a permanent cast member.

Love Island: Beyond the Villa - Reason behind Kordell and Rob's absence

As for Rob, it might seem like production intentionally cast him out of Love Island: Beyond the Villa, but that is not the case. Rob has not spoken up about why he will not be joining the spinoff.

However, he has some beef with the producers as he was eager to point that out during a Q&A session on his Snapchat. When a fan asked him about his biggest learning, Rob said it was to never trust a TV producer ever again.

Things might have settled with Peacock, or maybe the producer was changed when he was starring in The Traitors this year, in 2025, on Peacock, but he is a no-show when it comes to Love Island: Beyond the Villa. It is not confirmed whether he will have a cameo during the episode.

The confirmed cast members include Serena, Leah and Miguel, Kenny Rodriguez, Aaron Evans, Kaylon Maryin, Kendall Washington, Olivia Walker, and Connor Newsum.

Love Island: Beyond the Villa will follow the cast's lives after they have had their time in the villa and are now living their regular lives. Most of them are in Los Angeles and work as full-time influencers.

Fans are excited to see the couples who are still together, especially Kordell and Serena, after their journey ended with a happy twist. As for some who were together during the villa but have broken up since, it might brew some drama.

Since being in Fiji on season 6, Serena and Kordell have been going strong. The real world has been easy for them; however, Serena had revealed that they are trying to take things slow and not rush everything.

It was because during their time on Love Island, things happened pretty fast, and now, they want to make progress most efficiently. She had said that they had slowed things down a bit. Although they are still growing strong and fans are excited to have them back on their screens one way or another.

Love Island: Beyond the Villa episodes will air weekly on Thursdays at 9 PM ET on Peacock from July 17, 2025.
