The Sandman Season 2 Episode titles and release schedule revealed 

Based on Neil Gaiman's comic book, The Sandman is a fantasy drama series available on Netflix and the show’s unique narrative centers on the 1916 capture of Morpheus, the spirit of dreams, who breaks free in 2022 to repair his realm, known as the Dreaming.

Boyd Holbrook, Vivienne Acheampong, and Patton Oswalt all play significant parts with Tom Sturridge as Morpheus. Season 1 of The Sandman recounts Dream's escape, restoration, and clashes against John Dee and The Corinthian and season 2, which will air in two parts in July 2025, is all set to adapt significant comic storylines and have a bonus episode centered on Death.

The first season of The Sandman follows Dream as he escapes a century-long incarceration, rebuilds his kingdom, and confronts enemies like John Dee and the renegade nightmare, The Corinthian. Along the process, major characters such as Death and the Dream Vortex, Rose Walker, are revealed, showing deep familial links and betrayals, particularly those involving Dream's sister Desire. The season concludes with Lucifer seeking retribution, foreshadowing the obstacles Dream will face next.

Neil Gaiman's Dream Country and Season of Mists stories will be continued in Season 2, which will also examine Dream's changing position, new characters like Calliope and Orpheus, and his continuous quest for conflict resolution and atonement.

Season 2 will be available on Netflix in two installments. This would be along with a special extra episode, the streaming service revealed. On July 3, 2025, Volume 1, which consists of six episodes, will be released and it will cover important arcs such as Season of Mists and Brief Lives.

On July 24, 2025, Volume 2, which will have five episodes and adapt tales like Long Live the King and The Kindly Ones, will be released, concluding Dream's journey.

A bonus twelfth episode, The Sandman Presents: Death: The High Cost of Living, centered on Death and starring Kirby Howell-Baptiste, will be released on July 31, 2025. This bonus continues the format of Season 1, giving fans more content. The Season 2 episode names are:
