Here are the details of the hotel used in the filming of The White Lotus season 1

As mentioned, the primary location for season 1 was the Four Seasons Resort in Hawaii, Maui. It was shot in 2020, and hence the crew had to avoid much traveling, abiding by the COVID-19 rules. Therefore, the Four Seasons Maui resort offered them a single stop for everything they needed. Mike White wanted the hotel to feel like a character, and this resort was just exactly that. Moreover, quarantining the cast and crew, if needed, was easy. This also resolved issues logistically, to an extent.
Most of the elements, like the lobbies, restaurants, spa, and pools shown in the show, were shot on location inside the resort. The art team did some redressing as per the requirement and vision. The production practically used the entire hotel as the pandemic rules were already making the shooting difficult.
The resort's suites were redesigned to match Mike's vision. Pineapple Suite was made the most extravagant suite. Perfect for Shane's obsession with exclusivity. The production added the pineapple-themed decor to the room and gave a glamorous touch. Palm Suite is actually the Elite Oceanfront Suite in the resort. The velvet-green décor was added for the show, redressed to spark the central conflict between Shane and Armond.
Another Prime suite was transformed into Hibiscus Suite, where Tanya's emotional storyline unfolded. The room was made warm with feminine colors that mirror the vulnerability and volatility. Tradewinds Suite, on the other hand, was used for the Mossbacher family because of its size, mainly. The show had to depict the family chaos in the room, making it a perfect space to include 6 cast members.

Now, the show required a picturesque ocean arrival point along with a yacht docking. For this, they used Olowalu, Hawaii, which is 40 minutes away from the resort. The Beach, the show features, is the Wailea Beach, which is right behind the Four Seasons Maui. This helped them to shoot the scene involving the hotel and the beach, especially the story of Quinn, which involved spiritual discovery and cultural connection.
The White Lotus also features an airport. That scene was shot in Kahului, Maui, which is the actual spot for tourists to arrive in Maui. This added some authenticity with natural airport backdrops contrasting with the lush luxury of the resort.
The White Lotus was liked by the viewers, and this has led to the show continuing for 3 phenomenal seasons and getting renewed for a new season 4.
