Dan and Sarah were the last of the four teams to enter the ocean in their challenge of photographing sharks under the water in All the Sharks. They chose the farthest area of the Fuvahmulah Island called Gemmiskih Fanno.

As they entered the Indian Ocean, their rapport seemed a bit rocky as Dan could not capture much on their camera and scored only three points on Day 1. However, on day 2, they chose to visit the outskirts of the island, and to their luck, they got to capture two Silvertip sharks in their camera, a rare species, and got them 18 points. They also got a couple of shots of Tiger sharks, which placed them third in the competition.

Earlier, it looked like they would fail their first challenge, but they changed their luck on Day 2 by capturing photos of a rare shark, making it one of the best moments of the team.

6) Photographed an Epaulette shark (Episode 2)

The second destination on All the Sharks was Australia, where the teams were brought to Heron Island, and they got to photograph more species of sharks on the Great Barrier Reef.

The Great British Bate Off team had better luck in this region than in the previous one, as they got to photograph an eagle ray and a Blacktip shark during the day. At night, they photographed one of the rarest sharks, the Epaulette shark, which got them 30 points more, bringing them into the second position with 57 points, creating an entertaining and exciting moment on the show.

5) Clicked more pictures with Sarah's new strategy (Episode 2)

With tides and limited visibility, it was hard for the teams to swim away from the islands. They had to find the sharks around the island the next day in All the Sharks.

Other teams got into the water, but Sarah made a strategy that she would look and spot the sharks from above the ground, while Dan would go underwater to take pictures. Their strategy worked well as they got photos of eagle rays and some other sharks as well.

4) Won the game changer (Episode 3)

The next destination in All the Sharks was Japan. After barely surviving in the competition, the Great British Bait Off team finally achieved the game changer for the next challenge in episode 3 of All the Sharks by clicking a picture of a blowfish.

The game changer they received was an extra dive in the remote cove off Hatsushima Island, where they scored 20 points after snapping a picture of one of the rarest sharks, the angel shark. Dan and Sarah were thrilled to encounter a rare shark, which they both could not talk about, making it one of the best moments of the team.

3) Sarah singing the jaws theme (Episode 4)

The fourth destination of All the Sharks was South Africa, where the highest-scoring shark was the great white shark with 65 points. However, Sarah was afraid of encountering the white sharks, so they chose an area far away from the shore where the water was not clear.

This prompted her to sing the Jaws theme song as she revealed that it felt like she was entering the world of her favorite horror film, Jaws, offering us a hilarious moment in the highly competitive environment of the show.

2) They won the South Africa challenge (Episode 4)

It was one of the best episodes with an unexpected result, as even Dan and Sarah were surprised to find out that they had won the South African challenge. This meant they survived the elimination round that was ahead in the episode.

The win also gave them each a six-day stay at Tiwi Resort in Australia, which was a big deal as they had won their first challenge in All the Sharks.

1) Became the finalist (Episode 5)

The Great British Bate Off had quite an unpredictable journey in All the Sharks, starting at the bottom and then reaching the top. Dan and Sarah became the winners on the island of Bimini, a sentimental place for Sarah as she had been there numerous times and was also bitten by a shark.

However, that did not stop her from going into the water and clicking pictures of various sharks, including yellow stingrays. Thai led them to win the challenge with 180 points and become the first finalists of All the Sharks.

Although they did not win the show, they depicted perseverance and knowledge of years of working around the species, which came in handy and helped them reach the finals.
