This Peacemaker Season 2 character is reportedly going to return in Man of Tomorrow

There is only one episode of Peacemaker Season 2, which is yet to be released, but we might see a Peacemaker character return in Man of Tomorrow. Till now, the only confirmed characters set to appear in Man of Tomorrow are Superman, played by David Corenswet; Lex Luthor, played by Nicholas Hoult; Lois Lane, played by Rachel Brosnahan; Guy Gardner, played by Nathan Fillion; Mister Terrific, played by Edi Gathegi; and Hawkgirl, played by Isabela Merced.

But now, DiscussingFish has reported on X that Tim Meadows will return as Peacemaker Season 2's A.R.G.U.S. agent Langston Fleury in Man of Tomorrow.

Peacemaker Season 2's Langston Fleury might return in Man of Tomorrow

Langston Fleury was first seen in Peacemaker Season 2's episode 2, A Man Is Only as Good as His Bird. Fleury is an A.R.G.U.S. agent who was sent by the new A.R.G.U.S. director, Rick Flag Sr., to supervise John Economos' monitoring of Chris Smith, aka Peacemaker. He is also there to make sure that if Chris uses his interdimensional portal, John Economos reports it to A.R.G.U.S. immediately. A.R.G.U.S. doesn't trust Economos completely because of his friendship with Chris, and thus Fleury is sent to make sure Economos does his job well.

Fleury is an annoying man who doesn't remember names, and we see him give other agents strange names because he can't remember their actual ones. He also has something called 'bird blindness,' which basically means he cannot tell one type of bird from another. This comes in handy when Fleury and a team of agents break into Chris' house to look for the interdimensional portal, but Eagley beats them all, and Fleury cannot deal with Eagley due to his 'bird blindness.' Fleury has been a recurring character in Peacemaker Season 2, who is annoying and politically incorrect but not exactly evil. He is like any other A.R.G.U.S. agent doing his job, but does not seem to have any other ulterior motives like Rick Flag Sr. DiscussingFish (@burntlakesagna) has reported on X that Tim Meadows will be returning as Langston Fleury in Man of Tomorrow.

If A.R.G.U.S. plays a big role in the upcoming film, we might just see Fleury. Besides, we have already seen Rick Flag Sr. meet Lex Luthor and use his resources to track Chris' interdimensional portal. Thus, we might see them work together again, with A.R.G.U.S. agents being a part of the story. Fleury brings unique humor to the show despite being an A.R.G.U.S. agent, doing his best to catch Chris. His bird blindness also makes for hilarious scenes and thus would be a great addition to Man of Tomorrow. However, Tim Meadows hasn't been confirmed to be part of the cast officially.

The last episode of Peacemaker Season 2 is going to be released on HBO Max on October 9, 2025. The released episodes of the show are streaming on HBO Max. Man of Tomorrow will be released in theaters on July 9, 2025.
