1) Steve Gerben as Will

Gerben hit a home run on the debut season of Tires alongside Shane Gillis.Before this, he had made his debut on television in 2015 with Delco Proper, which was written by Gillis himself. He was also seen playing various roles on Gilly and Keeves and Gilly and Keeves: The Special. Apart from acting on the Netflix show, he's also the writer and executive producer. His character Will is the manager of the Valley Forge repair shop.

2) Thomas Haden Church as Phil

Hailing from Woodland, California, Church gained popularity for his appearance on the sitcoms Ned & Stacey and Wings. He was also seen on several episodes of 21 Jump Street and China Beach. He also bagged an Oscar nomination for his contribution to the 2004 film Sideways. His character Phil is Shane's amicable father.

3) Shane Gillis as Shane

Gillis has been active since 2012 as a standup comedian, podcaster, and actor. He hails from Mechanicsburg in Pennsylvania. He completed his B.A. in History from West Chester University. Prior to this, he was a footballer playing at the United States Military Academy. Although he was cast as a member of Saturday Night Live, he was soon let go owing to his controversial remarks. His Gilly and Keeves sketches established his position as a comedian to reckon with.

His eponymous character loves to take it easy in life and is markedly unamibitious with a propensity for poking fun at people.

4) Stavros Halkias as Dave

Halkias is from Baltimore, Maryland, and works primarily as an actor and a comedian. He appeared on television for the first time in 2023 with Command Z. He has also appeared in the films Let's Start A Cult and Sweethearts. He also hosts the Stavvy's World podcast.

His character, Dave, is the general manager at Valley Forge.
