American actor Steve Howey is known for his numerous roles that he played in various TV shows. Born on July 12, 1977, in Texas, Howey attended Colorado's Northeastern Junior College and later attended his father's acting workshop and became an actor.

Howey has joined Season 2 as the new captain of the precinct and might create some new problems for Morgan, as she is not a cop but works with them.
