One of the people on the list was a lawyer Lyle Voss, whom Colter finds dead in his office. He had been dead for days. Colter learns that Lyle was Noelle’s lawyer, and his sudden death made no sense. When Officer Crosby arrives, she is least receptive to Colter’s suspicion and believes Lyle died of natural causes.

Noelle was regularly in touch with Lyle. In the last call, as Randy would discover, she sounded scared and told him that she was at his place. She was also afraid that Lyle was not reachable. Noelle had taken him as her lawyer after she worked for a party for the Bennings, a rich and influential family in Boston.

As Tracker Season 3 Episode 7 moves forward, Colter learns from Randy that a waiter had been murdered outside their property. He doubts if Noelle witnessed it and the Bennings were covering their tracks by silencing everyone around it. In fact, they had a habit of keeping the city’s most powerful people on their payroll.

Colter starts putting pieces together and realizes that Noelle must have took the help of Lyle after the incident.

At the property, Noelle is being held. Graham is sure that if they let her go, she will not go to the police. But the family does not believe it and knew that she is a real risk for the family. In fact, it is her action of getting a lawyer that started the chain of events. Noelle had seen Graham killing the waiter. Graham was on drugs and was not aware of his actions. The fixer of the family, MC, assures Graham that Noelle will be fine.

Later, Colter enters the property and even meets MC briefly. He comes upon Graham’s dead body in a bathtub. It looked like he had committed suicide, yet Colter doubts if it was staged.

Colter makes it just in time to find Noelle and helps her by killing the guard. They had put lots of drugs in her and she is hardly responding. MC does not stop Colter from taking Noelle with him. Colter ensures she is safe with her father, who gives him a gun a payment.

When Colter returns to the property and meets MC, she tells him that Graham had killed the waiter and Noelle saw it. She says that it was Graham who tortured Noelle and lies that she had no role in it whatsoever. However, the truth is that she had planned it all out to keep the family's name safe. But it is not easy to fool Colter. He knew that MC was responsible for Graham’s death. He tells MC that Noelle should not be harmed and that he will be there if anything goes wrong.
