Dr. Bashir "Bash" Hamed underwent significant modifications at the end of Season 3 of Transplant. Bash came to the realization that he no longer wanted to live up to the expectations of others after returning from a camp of refugees in Lebanon. This change was a turning point in both his personal and professional lives, and it had an impact on his relationship with Mags.

As Transplant moves into its fourth and last season, fans may anticipate a stirring denouement to Bash's odyssey. On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 8/7c, NBC will debut the new season in the United States. Episodes will be accessible on Peacock the following day. In Canada, Season 4 has already been broadcasted and concluded in January 2024.

This season, Bash is very near to finishing his residency at York Memorial Hospital and while he and his sister Amira have finally obtained Canadian citizenship, their journey to stability is constantly unfolding. Bash must strike a balance between his professional goals and the urge to be loyal to himself and his ideals.

The main cast is back, starring Hamza Haq (Bash), Sirena Gulamgaus (Amira), Laurence Leboeuf (Mags), Ayisha Issa (June), Jim Watson (Theo), and Rekha Sharma (Dr. Devi).

Season 4 will begin with two consecutive episodes: Crete and Sinkhole. These episodes revisit Bash and Amira's time in Crete and put the hospital staff through extreme emergency situations, such as a sinkhole rescue and a daring mountain airlift.

Bash's emotional and professional odyssey comes to a close with this last chapter. Transplant Season 4 will offer a meaningful and fulfilling conclusion to the series with its compelling medical situations, personal development, and outstanding storytelling.
