"Trusting too much": Big Brother's Keanu opens up about his biggest mistakes from his game

Big Brother 27's recently evicted housemate, Keanu Soto, attended The Exclusive With Sharon Therp on September 26, 2025. During his exit interview, Keanu opened up about his journey in the BB House, his elimination, and more.

When asked about his biggest gameplay mistakes, he admitted it was trusting fellow housemates too much. However, he wanted to "dig deeper" to identify other missteps.

Stating the "obvious mistake," Big Brother star Keanu said:

"The obvious one would be, you know, obviously trusting too much, which you know, I knew coming in was... it could be potentially be exploited. But let's dig a little deeper. I would say that my biggest weakness maybe was...hopefully they can edit this down because I...I want to give a good answer that isn't just like, Oh trusting people too much."

During his recent interview with Sharon Tharp, Big Brother star Keanu Soto revealed his biggest mistakes from the game. It was "trusting too much," according to him. Initially, he was aware that trusting could "potentially" lead to being exploited.

"You know, the obvious answer is trusting people too much. But, you know, digging a little deeper, I would say that you know, in there, information is currency, and Rachel always told me, you know, Oh, you're so hard to work with because you tell everybody everything," shared Keanu.

He recalled not using "people's names directly" whenever he found something out. Keanu noted that if he had another chance, he would hold his cards "closer" to his chest instead of being quick to find out the truth.

During his time in the BB House, he treated "every bit of information" with a sense of urgency. Whenever he learned something, he immediately sought to verify it.

Big Brother's Keanu also talked about several incidents where, when he found something out, he would go to a related housemate and ask "right away." As a result, he would get in trouble for doing so.

"So, you know, if I get the opportunity to play the game again, I'm definitely going to do things a little bit differently in that regard. In both regards, actually, maybe not trust so many people either," added Keanu.

Further in his interview, Big Brother star Keanu was asked about his "final two." For that, Keanu responded that he and Rachel were "frenemies" for a reason.

He and Rachel agreed that they would "consult" with each other for "big moves." However, when Rachel shared her big move related to Riley, which Keanu told her not to go through with, she did it anyway. As a result, Keanu took it as a "betrayal." Recalling that incident, Keanu said that Rachel didn’t care for his game.
