Eventually, the angles won. However, they had to give up on their superpowers to trap those dangerous spirits inside a place called the Hellmouth. And now, they're still there but living as humans, trying to protect people without superpowers.

The first episode was action-packed, which introduced viewers to the angles. Now, Twelve Episode 2 is just a few hours away, as it's arriving today, Sunday, August 24, 2025. While local fans can catch up with the angles on KBS, the international audience can tune in to Disney+.

What happened in Twelve Episode 1: A quick recap

Episode 1 of Twelve begins with an introduction where it's revealed how the 12 angels were created with powers to protect the world. Each angel possessed the power of a zodiac animal and used them against the dark spirits.

However, during the biggest battle against good and evil, the angels lost their powers as they trapped the wrongdoers inside Hellmouth. And now, they're all living as humans for centuries, targeting bad guys.

These 12 angels run a loan organization named "Angel Capital". What's unique about these financial institutions is that they only offer loans to criminals or gangsters. The reason? It's easier for them to get the money back if they refuse to repay.

The leading angel in this group is Taesan, who wears tiger-striped clothes, suggesting he has the powers of a tiger. In the opening shot, he meets a gangster in prison who hasn't repaid his loan.

So, Taesan gets him bailed and then meets the gangster at his place. The hitmen tried to kill Taesan, but failed miserably. As a result, the gangster had to offer all his money and gold to him, including his car.

Later, other angles also fight criminals for the repayment of the loan. The episode is mostly about how the angels work now, without powers. And if you've been waiting to see Park Hyun-sik's character, he only appears at the end.

A cult has been working to open Hellmouth, and they have finally succeeded. The red moon is summoned, and Ogwi is resurrected. This means that the angles will now have to participate in another huge battle.

What to expect from Twelve Episode 2?

In the next episode of Twelve, fans will get to know more about Ogwi and how he plans to take control of the world. He has huge wings with blood red eyes, hinting that Ogwi is no ordinary evil spirit.

Taesan and his other members of Angel Capital have been working against bad guys, and now it's time to fight those they once sealed. The episode is expected to be action-packed and intense.
