Twisted Metal is a post-apocalyptic action and comedy series that is based on the vehicular combat video game franchise by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Vermin heard about the Twisted Metal Tournament when the Roach Coach’s radio came to life. Therefore, she goes to the location and Calypso tells her the rules. During the event, she spends most of her time behind Sweet Tooth’s ice cream truck and ends at the third position.
At tournament city, she is taken to the Jaffe Campbell High School for a medical exam by Dr. Cocherl. Then, she is assigned a room with Axel. At the cafeteria, she creates mayhem as she takes a lot of sandwiches. When Vermin is called to make a wish in a room with a wishing well, she wishes for humanity to get exterminated.
The next day, the Round 1: Warehouse District game is about to begin and drivers must get eight passes from various warehouses. Vermin fights against John Doe and wins. However, she later escapes.
The eccentric and impulsive nature of Vermin adds a surprising and exciting element to the show.
