Meet Ruaridh Mollica, the actor to play Tommy Maximoff in VisionQuest

Ruaridh Mollica does not have a long history in the Marvel world, but he surely has an impressive acting background. His most recognizable work is Sebastian (2024), an indie drama in which he starred as a writer who leads a double life, which earned him many positive reviews from critics. He honed his talents on the London stage before that, co-starring in the West End production Clarkston where he was well received.
At around the start of 2025, entertainment sources announced that the Scottish actor had been cast in Marvel's WandaVision spinoff series, VisionQuest, which was at that time known as Vision. Initially he was listed to play the character named Tucker, and the information was kept confidential.
However, it is a big leap for Mollica to leave the indie films and theater and enter the giant world of Marvel. Soon, he will be sharing the screen with stars like Elizabeth Olsen and James Spader. The fans look forward to the way this young star will give life to the much-loved character of Tommy.
