The Netflix supernatural mystery Wednesday has become one of the most popular shows for the global streamer.
The Jenna Ortega-starrer has officially been renewed for its third season, and production is set to begin next year. However, the third season is still way ahead of us, so the only way to curb the Netflix supernatural mystery urge is to rewatch.
Here is a look at the cast and characters that brought Wednesday Season 2 Episode 3, Call of the Woe, one of the most thrilling episodes of the season, to life. This episode follows the students of Nevermore Academy making their way to a camping trip, but the Addams family has a few tricks up their sleeves to make this trip much more exciting.
Wednesday Season 2 Episode 3 Call of the Woe: A Cast and Character Guide
The third episode of Wednesday's sophomore season finds the Nevermore Academy students on a camping trip, but the Addams daughter has her own reasons to join something as excruciating as a camping trip. All the while, the other Addams spawn has a secret he's hiding in the coffin he takes on this trip. By the end of the episode, both the Addams children end up putting their parents' lives in danger.
Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams

Jenna Ortega returns as Wednesday Addams for this episode, and she is more determined than ever to solve the mystery behind the bodies piling up and the visions she saw of Enid's death. The only roadblock in her way to try and solve this mystery is Morticia Addams herself, who has stripped her of her ancestor Goody's book to protect her, which leaves her powerless.
However, if there's one thing we know about her, it's that she's unstoppable, and even her own mother standing in the way does nothing to deter her.
Issac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams

The other Addams kid also has a secret that he's hiding, one that could put everybody present at the camping trip in danger for their lives. After successfully zapping the creature he calls 'Slurp' to life, Puggsley now takes it with him on the trip and sets up a menial firework trap to notify him if Slurp gets out of his camp. Well, the fireworks go off, and there's nothing he can do to stop Slurp from attacking Morticia and Gomez Addams.
Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams

This episode finds Morticia facing her daughter's wrath and even deciding to duel her, all for the chance to do better than her mother did with their sister Ophelia. Moriticia will do anything to protect her daughter, Wednesday, even if it means protecting her from herself. Luis Guzman's Gomez Addams, apart from being ever-charming, also finds himself in the throes of Slurp in this episode.
Emma Myers as Enid Sinclair

Another standout from Wednesday Season 2 Episode 3 is Emma Myers' Enid Sinclair, who is finally forced to confront Ajax and tell him that their relationship is over after spending all this time avoiding him. Nevertheless, Sinclair undergoes a lot of character growth this season, and her conversation with Ajax is representative of that.
The biggest standout this season has been Evie Templeton's Agnes Demille, and she manages to steal the spotlight in her devout devotion to Wednesday, paired with the constant rejection from her. The episode also stars Steve Buscemi as Principal Dort, Joy Sunday as Bianca Barclay, Moosa Mostafa as Eugene Ottinger, and Victor Dorobantu as Thing, among others.
