Love Is Blind Season 7 premiered on Netflix this Wednesday, October 2. The dating reality TV series brings a flavor of modern dating and a hint of social experiment, letting the singles take a chance at getting to know a stranger via pods.
The couples go on dates in these pods and do not meet each other until the proposal. Singles are allowed to go on dates with more than one person, which can lead to love triangles and heartbreak.
In episode 4 of Love Is Blind, Bohdan faces rejection from Marissa, whom he considered his number one in the show. Marissa gets connected to Bohdan and Ramses, both in the pods, and has to choose one of them to move ahead. Marissa takes the tough call and tells Bohdan that she has decided to go ahead with Ramses as she feels they have better romantic chemistry.
Bohdan took the rejection graciously and told Marissa that he had no hard feelings whatsoever and wished Ramses and Marissa a happy road ahead. In a confessional, he told the camera:
"I am very happy with the experiment. I would go as far as to say I feel, like, 90% positive love is blind. It is something I have made my peace with. I will go home alone."

Marissa chose Ramses over Bohdan in episode 4 of Love Is Blind season 7
Marissa had formed a genuine connection with two men in the pods and was torn between them. Marissa bonded with Ramses and Bohdan in Love Is Blind Season 7. Bohdan and Marissa started in a cozy storytelling mode, and both were excited to learn about their fascination with fantasy reading. They shared information regarding their families and their common military experiences. Bohdan also revealed that he had been married before.
With Ramses, Marissa felt comfortable from the very go and confessed during their second date that she could talk to him about anything. Marissa opened up about her family dynamics with Ramses and shared about her childhood. Ramses opened up about his past relationship and mentioned that his friends mean the world to him. They also exchanged thoughts on gender roles and what they sought in their future partners.
Marissa felt a great connection between Bohda and Ramses, and it was almost like Ramses's prophecy coming true about it being weird to get into a love triangle as someone could get their heart broken. In this case, Bohdan was the one to get his heart broken, as Marissa told him in episode 4 of Love Is Blind that she had decided to go ahead in the show with Ramses.
Ramses proposed to Marissa with a note, confessing that he saw it coming and that she would choose him. He also acknowledged that Bohdan had so many things in common with him, like being previously married and sharing common viewpoints, which made him a little jealous, as Marissa liked him too.
However, Marissa and Ramses got engaged in episode 5 of Love Is Blind and found each other just perfect when they met in person for the first time.
Love Is Blind season 7 is streaming on Netflix now. Episodes 1 to 6 were released on October 2.
