"What a journey": Stranger Things cast get emotional about wrapping the hit Netflix show's final chapter

The final season of Stranger Things is knocking on the door. For years, the series kept the viewers entertained with its thrilling plotline that was nothing like viewers had seen before. It was fresh, along with the presence of breathtaking visuals that perfectly captured the essence of the time during which the series is set. In a recent interview, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Maya Hawke, and Joe Keery opened up about their experience while filming the last season of Stranger Things and got emotional about the journey that they went through together.

Characters such as Natalie Dyer’s Nancy, Joe Keery’s Steve, Maya Hawke’s Robin, and Charlie Heaton’s Jonathan had their own set of complications, which Stranger Things handled in a distinct manner. Through their character development, the viewers can understand the distinct focus that the creators put on these characters.

So, while they are asked about their experience while filming the last stage of Stranger Things, Joe Keery promptly answers that “what a journey” it has been. He continues to discuss the “full range” of emotions that they have been through while they filmed this finale. It cannot be denied that the chemistry that the four of them had in the series perfectly manifested in the bond their characters had in the series. Their chemistry truly brought the story to life in Stranger Things.

Charlie Heaton indicates that the wrap of the filming process of the series is almost like the “end of a relationship” or “dealing with loss”, which indicates how intricately they were all involved in the whole process.
